Used them again. Once again it was Perfect service! I love it! I’ll never use another scooter service for our parents again. Love being able to pick up from bell services and drop off (Disney world). Got a 4 wheeler and then a 3 wheeler on another trip. The 3 wheeler is easier to maneuver on the Disney buses. Never had an issue with running low on battery during 9 days either.

If you’re staying at a Disney resort, they are VERY convenient. Was waiting for us in the lobby when we checked in and we just dropped off im the lobby with the bell service on our way out!
We chose the ultralight for my mother, the two batteries lasted each of FOUR 10+ hour days at each park. The only thing to note is that when the battery gets low, the scooter needs a little help up the steeper inclines. All of the Disney cast members knew how to handle them and my mother easily navigated the lines for all of the attractions.
I would definitely recommend Scooter Bug!

We had an excellent time at Disneyland in Anaheim, thanks to Scooter Bug! My children did not think I could keep up after having hip surgery. We stayed 11 hours! We did everything! By the end of the night, my children wished they had a Scooter Bug! And it was so convenient! They dropped off the scooter at the hotel bell stand before I arrived and picked it up after I left. I did not need to be present. Thank you, Scooter Bug!

Scooter bug was great for our travel to Disney world. We were easily able to get in and out of the theme parks with no problem at all. It was a great choice for a bone spur in ankle and torn Achilles tendon, not being to walk a far distance without pain. We were still able to have a good time and I was able to ride around and wait in the lines with the scooter. I would recommend it to anyone in need.

The service was good. Mid day at the Magic Kingdom the equipment decided that the battery was problematic. It would not stop beeping. Even after charging for 1.5 hours at dinner, it changed nothing. They did send a new scooter to the resort the next morning. After charging the original overnight my teen and I had to push the original all the way across the resort to the main desk. The new scooter worked perfectly all that day. I give the service 5 stars but have to limit the equipment to 3 stars

We had an excellent experience with scooterbug even before we left for our trip. We had originally booked a smaller scooter but ended up wanting a bigger one. So, I called and spoke to someone a couple weeks before our arrival and they were able to change it to the scooter we wanted with no issues; they were very helpful! Once we got to our hotel for our trip, our scooter was there waiting for us and my mom loved it. She said it was very comfortable and easy to use. We were at Disney for 4 full days and never had an issue with the battery. We charged it every night in our room but never had to kore then that. At the end, we were able to easily drop it off with valet and we were off to our next stop. HIGHLY recommend Scooterbug from customer service to the scooter itself! Thank you for helping make our vacation as seamless as possible!

This was our second time to rent from ScooterBug. The first time went well. This time we had issues with the charger for the scooter. It did not work, but we did not realize until we were in the park. We made 2 phone calls and spoke with Brenda both times. Brenda had a new, fully charged scooter waiting for us at our resort within 30 minutes. It was a GREAT experience and I would recommend them. Thank you Brenda, for Great customer service.
