I strongly do not recommend Dr. Khurshid. He did not listen to my concerns, refused to prescribe sea sickness patches when requested, and demonstrated a lack of organization and communication regarding my ultrasound follow-up. Despite multiple calls to confirm that my results had been received, I arrived at my appointment only to find that the office had not obtained them. Instead, Dr. Khurshid suggested scheduling an ultrasound—completely unaware that I was there specifically to review the results of the one I had already undergone two weeks prior.

The only positive experience I had was with the nurse practitioner, McCutchan, who was attentive and professional. Unfortunately, Dr. Khurshid dismissed my request for sea sickness patches for an upcoming cruise, stating, “We’ll talk about that next time,” rather than addressing my immediate need. Additionally, he denied my Metformin refill without providing a good reason.

A good doctor should listen to their patients, and based on my experience, Dr. Khurshid does not. I will be seeking care elsewhere and would not recommend his services.

Dr Khurshid and Dr Ahmed are excellent doctors who puts the patient need first. The staff at the the clinic are very professional and caring. The Dr's go the extra mile to make you feel at ease with the service they are providing to you.

I just had a horrible experience at Saxon Internal Medicine. Multiple issues with their service and billing! I arrived for my appointment to get lab results today. I checked in online and paid the $25 co-pay. Due to an unresolved issue with billing from a previous visit that was supposed to be an annual physical covered at 100%, but billed it was billed as a regular visit. It was not corrected like it should have been, so I was not seen by the doctor. THEY cancelled my appointment, and kept my $25 co-pay for a cancellation fee. Another client had the very same issue as I was leaving. $150 plus added on counseling fees they throw in.

I have held off writing a review. Not any more. A person from there just now hung up on me, I was attempting to ask about my meds being renewed. Another call, whoever I was talking to, trying to explain what I needed, she continued to interrupt me, and talk over me until I finally told her to please shut up & let me finish. This office has steadily gone down hill. Making me come back every 3 months in order to get my meds refilled is only making me a cash cow. Last 3 visits my meds were not sent in until I call back because I'm out. Several times my insurance company were double billed. I will be seeking a new provider now.

My husband was a patient. Yesterday he received a bill covered by Medicare and his secondary insurance and that was paid in full. I was a past employee. When I resigned I did not receive my final paycheck. Six months later I still do not have that paycheck or funds from a profit sharing account that I was fully vested in.

Dr Khurshid is a great PCP. Very diligent and completely trustworthy.
He saved my life by referring me to a urologist when my bloodwork was not right.
