Up until recently I've had minimal issues with them. But within the last month there were two prescriptions they could not fill and in neither case did they contact me. Not contacting me on these instances was unacceptable. In the first I called four hours after they received the prescription. They told me it wouldn't be available until the next day. I called and found a nearby pharmacist who had it. The other pharmacy arranged the transfer and filled it that same day in less than two hours. Just yesterday another prescription was called in by my doctor. This wasn't urgent so I didn't follow up until late in the day on their website. Well there it showed it was ready for pickup but at a different pharmacy, also in Montecito. But again they made no effort to contact me on the transfer of my prescription to another pharmacy. I complained in person on the first instance. They agreed I should have been contacted. I haven't had the chance to do so on the second instance. They were closed when I found out on their website and I will not be free to call them until this afternoon.
