My mom is apart of this pain management program here, and having only been a patient there for less than 2 months we can already see how little they care about the patients there. They put you on medication and then suddenly pull you off it, or make you wait days for a refill when they should be on top of it. Every nurse practitioner there and office assistant are rude and uncaring. They make you feel stupid or incompetent and not to mention trying to contact them over the phone results in even worse service. It’s not just a stereotype that bullies become healthcare workers; I really would not recommend going here or choosing this program. They really don’t care about you.

I've needed surgery on my mouth for over 8 years. I found an oral surgeon! So I figure I go through the steps. First is see my primary and she referred me to Savas health.
I see the Dr here and I get 4 other people in my visit with me including the manager of the facility. I was truthful and said i only need help until my surgery and the the surgeon will take care of me and I'll be done and good. They said I was the perfect patient because I was going to be very short term.
Then they leave me in pain for 2 weeks before my surgery. They call me the day before my surgery and told me that if I don't come in now that I'll be in pain after my surgery because the oral surgeon won't give me anything.
I have surgery, full mouth extraction, and I DO NOT have them as my pain management anymore. But they made it where I have NOTHING to help after a full mouth extraction.
I call them to just help them understand my feelings. I need them to know they said they would help me and not let me suffer. They said they wouldn't judge me. They did the opposite of all those things.
I don't need anything anymore. I just toughed through it and still am.
I tried to do the right thing and still was judged and treated horribly. They said a manager would call me back. 24 hoursand nothing. I call back, still nothing. This is unacceptable and wrong.
Update: 5/9/25
I was contacted and agreed with by the gentleman whom contacted me. Still though, nothing was done or changed about how I was treated. My feelings were barely even understood. Sad really. At least I was kind to those that hurt me when I asked for help. There ARE good people that have contacted me from the Board of Pharmacies and Health that are working on this.
Gotta say my own little jab here though, the new name change and email was a complete joke! Proves my words and feelings weren't listened to. Just filtered through a call taker.

Never opened the long awaited Temecula office. They only see people at their San Jacinto location and have far too many “providers” who don’t know the patients at all. Sadly, I no longer would recommend this doctor's office in any location and am changing as fast as possible as every month there's one error in my prescription or no follow through on the approval for MRIs they've suggested, and or the medical
equipment they were to order. It's like I never attended their four hour appointments at all. Might as well tell my cat my problems, as I now have to involve my primary care physician or go to the ER all for a tiny gabapentin script (this visit's error).
Five years with Savas of ups and downs and a lot of discomfort, dismissals, and disappointment.
Actively looking for a new office now that I've new health care and more options. Good riddance! Stay away from this crazy making nonsensical place. They could be ok and occasionally are but the inconsistency will kill someone with my precarious health and at minimum frustrate one to the point of significant blood pressure increase and consistent headache. All because they have too many providers, too many helpers, and almost zero consistency of care. If their providers saw one patient regularly these medication, radiology testing orders, and equipment requests would not fall into the abyss.
If a patient sees a new person nearly each time of course mistakes are going to occur and if they could simply promptly fix them? But they don't.
They allow people to suffer the pain of the conditions each has and with the many medication errors, it's likely that other health conditions will be impacted by inaccurate prescriptions as it's just the way it is most of the time here. It's a hassle to switch practices but how can it be worse than all of this? Guess I'll see. If anyone has any good suggestions of someone in the Temecula or general area, please reply to this message with what office or doctor is actually a good one to try. Thank you and stay away from here!

I was going to this pain management facility and then I was told that the only way I could continue to go with if I agreed to do all of the rest of their insurance fraud scam for a dietitians and Psych Care and all this other crap that has nothing to do with pain management. The state needs to investigate and shut it down for instance fraud.

I have been seen by Savas for many years. I was seen by the previous Desert Pain Management now Savas. My recent visit is the second worse visit in all these years. My regular Doctor was out for the day and I was seen by a P.A, who treated me like a drug addict. She didn't listen, didn't answer questions and was blase about the whole visit. My appt is scheduled 1 month in advance and she made me sit in the waitingroom for over an hour, and I had to ask why. When she came into the room she looked perturbed because I made her work. Her assistant was not professional at all, she sat on the exam table crossed legged and was on her laptop. My next appt was given to me, no query as to if the time or date was OK for me. These people were unprofessional, and I'm very disappointed in Savas for allowing these two to work there. If they are so unhappy, maybe they should work elsewhere. In future I will refuse to be seen by them, and I will complain immediately to whomever is in charge of this office.

The professional service is excellent but good luck in getting anyone to answer the phone. Seriously what kind of business model is that? The only way I could ever get in touch was by visiting the office in person.
