Sauna N' Chill offers a great experience at a good price. The facility has 3 cold plunges, 2 saunas, and a small turf area for mobility work. The saunas are incredible and make you feel brand new. I am not a huge cold plunge fan, but I did decide to utilize the service since I was there. The tub was definitely cold and it was clean. The owner is an incredible guy and will help answer any questions you have about either service. I recommend Sauna N' Chill for anyone local to Tampa!!

Save your money and time - Inconsistent experience, messy/unclean and lazy employees.

My wife and I were members for several month hoping that the experience would get better, but just never really did. The chiller equipment never really got the plunges very cold. Once a few folks would plunge, the temperature would rise and many times we experienced a plunge that was not cold at all. We were told for months that new “commercial” chillers were coming but when they finally did (after like 4 months), they either weren’t on or not hooked up. Then the owner decided NOT to show the temps on the new chillers so you never knew if they were even chilled. Many times we went on the weekends when they opened and the workers would just dump ice into water. The saunas work most the time but one day the temp may be 180, the next day it may be 203….who knows At least the saunas had temperature gauges on them so you knew before getting in what the experience was going to be.

The place messy and just not very clean - kinda gross. There are boxes and old equipment/tools hanging around and just general clutter. It’s like a messy garage. To our constant amazement, equipment and general areas would not be clean, yet employees did nothing but sit and play on their phones. Most weekends we beat the employees to work - how do you run a business were the staff rolls in one minute to the doors opening. There just seems to be a poor pride of ownership with this place.

I love coming here. I actually stopped drinking coffee in the mornings when I started cold plunging because the adrenaline rush i get from cold plunging is insane!

I love how clean it is, they sanitize and clean the cold plunges every single day and the staff is great too!

Being a member at sauna n chill is like having an extended family to go to while doing something to improve your health. All of the staff is friendly, outgoing and always makes sure I am satisfied.

I love how I can drop in whenever I have time and I don’t have to book any time slots or worry about cancellation fees.

Overall, love coming here!

Amazing place with very friendly staff and patrons. I came in my first time with a guest pass and loved it so much that I since bought a membership and have brought my friends here. The health benefits of the cold plunges and saunas are great, and it's also refreshing having an occasional chat in the sauna with other positive health-focused people

Wow, what an absolutely fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming, the facilities were spotless and so convenient. And those cold plunge options? They were cooler than the other side of the pillow! I'm eagerly looking forward to renewing my membership and can't wait to see all the exciting things they have in store for the future!

I cannot say enough about the exceptional experience I had at Sauna N Chill. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and genuine care. The staff here go above and beyond to ensure your comfort and relaxation.

I think the owners recently changed and not for the better. The employees are not very friendly or welcoming. When I first walked in, I stood at the front desk but no one was there. A young guy was in the lounge area and I had to walk to him. I also had to read my credit card aloud to him to process the payment.

This place is not clean. I was not happy about stepping out of the sauna onto a wet/sandy mat and then again in and out of the plunge. The glass door to the sauna was gross too. It was crazy to see employees just sitting around doing nothing. They really need to be cleaning, mopping, coaching instead of hanging out.

While I was inside the sauna, some of the rocks actually fell off the heater. Another customer was able to move his legs and feet in time to not get burned. When I got out I peaked my head around to tell the employees that the rocks were on the floor and they said “Oh yeah we heard them. We’ll get them later.” Really surprised there isn’t a cage or barrier around the heaters.

They don’t offer sauna hats or towels and there is no where to put your stuff between the sauna and plunges.

This is a great concept, but because of the lack of cleanliness, attention to detail and aloof employees, I won’t be back.
