NOTE! Didn't try calling they don't answer the phone unless you have the direct# to someone. The Venice location was well. Just know your appt and if it's your first time really l arrive 2 hours early; really. Don't forget to print all bank statements this year and last. They will scan them into the system so they are attached to your medical records for Sarasota memorial but I was told that only the financial office has access. Hopefully I get approved for some discount imaging; certainly work a shot π€
They tell you to park at West Parking lot. 3 entrances to that garage. One is right where the specialty Clinic is on the second floor in their parking lot but that's employees only The other entrance across from the employees only entrance is handicap only and there are like 10 spots if you happen to be handicapped but the primary entrance is on the picture I attach however if you watch the video you can't actually get into it without a badge even press the button does nothing so basically just find your own parking arrive 2 hours early for your first appointment and everything should be swell.

The staff and doctors are so caring. Marianna is always there to greet you with a smile and a positive attitude at reception, and she will help you complete your registration to get started. She is patient and so kind!Trish will call to remind you of your upcoming appointment and she has helped me navigate my health care. I can't thank them enough. The nurses are top notch as well. The staff here puts the care in health care. A real asset to Sarasota patients!

The staff play God; they have a ridiculous message when you attempt to leave a VM: "do not call again or you will lose your place in the queue for being called back." I had a mole that was itchy and turned black..it was an urgent matter. I wasn't playing games but oh Lord are they. Or they are just really stupid and disorganized. When I didn't hear back in over a week I called again of course. I never heard back, at all. They stopped me from registering because - I guess - I left x3 messages over 3 weeks (?), asking for someone to please reach out so I may register. Not very nice behavior and completely useless, frankly. They're playing God.

I am forever grateful for the staff and volunteers at CSC. I've been treated with respect and kindness at times when I wasn't sure where health was taking me. Not having insurance in the world we live in today is scary. Ten years ago I needed their help when I moved here just to keep my bp meds. Found work and had insurance in the years since, but at 60 find myself in that gap again. Honestly, I don't know what I'd do without them. Every single person!
Thank you so very much for your caring and help. I apprciate you allπ

If a patient tells you they have Medicaid and is only there by PCP referral and due to a complete lack of specialty providers who will take Medicaid, why do they still have to qualify for care on an income basis? Do you really think your financial standards are more stringent than the State of Florida?

I understand that the Community clinic is run by volunteers, however, they are very disorganized. They keep losing my Dr. orders. I've been waiting to see an ENT for 5 years.
