Very professional staff even though I was a half hour late reporting in for my first visit. The front desk attendant assisted me in getting my paperwork completed and even got online with my insurance company to ensure I would be seen at that time. Dr. Danielle was very attentive to my concerns and non judge-mental when I shared a couple truths concerning my health.Service still exists in this world and I know because it was heaped on me in buckets full at Santa Rosa Medical. First class but humble, a rare scenario which should be recognized.

What a wonderful group of people! They helped me get samples of medicine to keep me alive until January 1st when my health insurance took over. They also alerted me to the referral process that began just a few days before my appointment and recommended a primary doctor when mine was not eligible. They helped me with more than my medical condition and I’m so grateful 👍

I have been seeing Danielle Ostrowski for quite a few years now as my PCM. There has never been a time I have left there, feeling I didn't receive the best care, concern, thoroughness and compassion for whatever reason my need to be there. My experience w health care, not only as I get older but, in the Panhandle of Florida has been overall trying, dismissive and disappointing. THAT has Never been an issue with my interactions with Danielle.
I 100% value her expertise, her opinion and guidance. Through my traveling all over the world as a result of my Military service, Danielle, without question, never leaves me in doubt or thoughts of needing a second opinion

Will not return phone calls. And they are also closed on Fridays you leave a message to Milton staff.if you ever want to get in contact with the doctor so you have to rely to Milton to let them know. I've had to call twice and still no answers,for that being said I am finding another practitioner in the area, maybe they be a little more responsible about getting back with their customers especially when they have high blood pressure and they're on a new medicine and you trying to let them know what's going on very unprofessional
