My Dr. listens and makes me feel heard. She knows how I feel about taking unnecessary medications and procedures. Always enlightening me to different routes if possible. The front desk receptionist has always been so kind and also succeeded at making me feel heard. These 2 ladies have personally restored my belief in Santa Rosa medical. They have both taken a part in helping me. My health has been this particular centers concern. I love that.

The absolute best Urgent care visit, I have ever experienced! From the receptionist to the nurse and doctor, everyone was phenomenal! Super polite, caring, and made me feel like I was getting top quality personal care. APRN Tiffany Cook, explained everything, gave me options, and personalized my care. Again, the best experience I have ever had at Urgent Care!

All the staff at SRMG is very friendly and caring. My PCP Angela Ullon is very easy to talk with. I’ve never experienced a long wait in the office and they are very quick to schedule appointments and respond to messages on the patient portal. Thanks to everyone for your care.
