I have had multiple problems with this place on several occasions. It's almost impossible to see a Dr or Np here. The staff near have no clue what is going on, they are rude and very uninformed, full of excuses and uncooperative. The call center is a joke.

I made a 9:30 am appointment for my mother with nurse Julie Clemers. We are now sitting in the patient room. It is now 10:45 and still waiting to be seen. This was an appointment not a walk in. I can understand being behind but there is no excuse.

Haven’t been very impressed with this facility and providers. Had some blood work done a month ago and have not heard back. Also had some imagining a week ago over something fairly concerning. I have called several times and no one has made an attempt to return my call. The front desk just takes a message and that’s all I get. I feel like they don’t prioritize their patients and their concerns.

This is the most professional and friendliest staff. The receptionist is very welcoming, polite, and helpful. The sweet nurse who checks your vitals and gets your information on why you’re there is so kind and efficient. Tiffany (who I see) is so patient. Listens attentively and CARES to try and make you feel BETTER!! I with no reservations give them a 5 STAR ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The provider I saw was nice, but it took over a week to finally get the results of my chest x-rays that were supposed to be in within a day or so. The only reason I got them at all is that I showed up in person upset after getting the run-around multiple times through the phone and their online portal. I heard several excuses: the provider was out, they wanted to deliver the results once they got me on the phone, the results will be posted on the portal, the provider hasn't signed off on it yet, the assistant has the results for me but she forgot to leave a voicemail when she called, etc... Turns out there is something concerning with the results, so their lack of follow-up is inexcusable. Also, they seem to never answer the phone in the back when you try to return their call.

My walk in experience was wonderful. The NP was was very professional, thorough and attentive. The entire staff was very caring and polite. I highly recommend Santa Rosa Medical Dogwood! Now a regular at this family practice I experienced Stephanie's great listening skills and checking back right before the Nurse Practitioner would be with me.

I had high hopes for this medical group since me and my child were handled so well at the one on avalon. Not the case. Last night I brought my child up here around 655 she had a fever and some congestion. I walk in, get signed in.. when we get to the part about insurance. I show the front desk attendant my child's insurance card. She we don't take that insurance... I said that's fine I can pay out of pocket. She replies with "it's fraud if you have that insurance and pay out of pocket." At this point , I was shocked and left. But every other Healthcare professional I spoke to last might heard of no such thing . If you don't want to do your job just say that .

Been going to SRM for couple years..no problems until today. Appointment denied at 9:30 am..this morning staff decided to not take my humana part G insurance. I have standard Medicare with part G (gap) insurance, not Advantage. Left me high and dry, didn't care about me, so much for doctor patient relationships. Shame > really liked them and felt safe in their care until today
