Very nice and professional from the checking in until the checking out process. The receptionist was quick to greet and get paperwork started. My concerns were addressed and both the Provider and Nurses were very personable and take the time to explain findings and solutions pertaining to your pet's visit and answer all of our questions. Front staff is amazing! Dr. Taylor os just as wonderful! He is very detailed and thorough which i love. He is the first Doctor i have had that has actually taken the time to investigate for answers. Couldn’t ask for better!

This place was highly recommended to me, but I didn't like my experience. My appointment felt rushed.
I got my blood test results and I couldn't wait to call or recieve a call Monday to make a follow up appointment. I got a call in the morning and it was the receptionist telling me to pretty much take b12 and eat low carb. As if i don't do that already? It was so disappointing to not even hear from the nurse i had the appointment with.
The irony of during my actual appointment the nurse asked me why it took so long to make an appointment and this kind of thing is literally why.

I count it a blessing to have Dr. Edwin Taylor as my physician. He is caring, pleasant and has a knack of allaying a patient’s fears of any negative result of a procedure. He takes time to explain the results of procedures and treatments. All the staff are very professional, polite and courteous. I will not hesitate to recommend Santa Rosa Medical Group to anyone.

Best walk-in Medical Clinic I have ever been to, been there several times, and have received very good healthcare in a timely manner, my first time there, I went in because of a severe allergic reaction, I had previously been to the ER twice and numerous Dr appointments for the same and no one had any idea what was causing it, after just a few minutes of talking with the doctor (Monica McGee , hopefully I got her name right) she suggested that I might be allergic to my Knee Implant that I had received in July of 2021, and yes my Allergic Reaction started then, and no one I had seen for this had any idea what was causing it, she is a life saver (mine anyway), she has also followed up with me (called and checked on me) and also reached out to other health professionals on my behalf! She was correct on me being Allergic to the Knee Implant, after her recommending that I get checked for this and even hooked me up with an Allergist.
