After a knee replacement surgery and home rehabilitation for about 2 weeks with the exercises handouts given prior to discharge from hospital and were great preparation for the next phase of rehabilitation. Each team member (Pealas, Brad, Asia, and Kevin) had a positive attitude and encouraged ne through the entire process. They found functional issues that were addressed to aid in the rehabilitation. They encouraged me to do things at home that took no special equipment.
When returning to work I felt comfortable with no issues being able to be on feet for 12 hours and up and down and walking. I would go back in the future if rehabilitation is needed. Thank you all for assisting me through the process!

I had PT for over 2 months for plantar fasciitis in my left which included various stretching techniques, exercises and dry needling which included being hooked up to electrodes which was not a pleasant experience. For a few moments of pain i knew that the outcome was hopefully going to be worth the painful procedure. At times I had they all laughing when I was expressing (nonverbal) explicit sayings and sounds. All the therapists that I had were so nice, and very professional and so knowledgeable about their work. To all staff… Kevin, Kassie, Shelley, Asia, Brad and Adrienne I just want to say “thank you” for getting me to where I am today…pain free!

Everyone at this facility was friendly and knowledgeable. I had shoulder surgery and I really saw improvement over the 7 weeks I was there. They made me feel like I was part of a team. Highly recommended!

This letter is to thank each and everyone at the Santa Rosa Physical Therapy office. All of the staff has been outstanding, helpful and professional. However, I'd like to give a few specific “thank you'” to those I've dealt with personally. I might as well start at the front desk. I look forward to seeing Kassie Plowman every visit. Every appointment I am greeted with a welcoming smile and hello. The check in process is so easy. Thank you from my heart to Pearlas Sanborn. Each therapy session with Pearlas Sanborn has been successful. The various exercises, dry needling and continued support is absolutely outstanding. Pearlas explains every procedure with great attention to the details. This has been so helpful to my recovery. She allows me the time to explain my every concern and then immediately leads me forward. She listens and understands when frustration happens, while trying to attain the fullness of therapy. Also she is always encouraging me and giving me hope that I will get back to the way I was before this surgery. I actually believe I'll be even better. Thank you my wonderful Pearlas. Thank you for helping me to push to my limits! Always moving forward. I know having you in my corner I am going to have full range of motion. I'll be better than I ever was before surgery. Every motion has increased my mobility. Thank you Katelin Reed. The dry needling you preformed was nothing short of marvelous. That coupled with stretching my thigh muscles has given me greatly flexibility. Thank you for teaching me about massaging the scar tissue area also. It still proves helpful today. That is something I'll continue for a lifetime. You accessed and then approached treatment specific to my needs. Katelin, with your genuine concern and care I have been able to continue my physical therapy with joy. Thank you Kevin Chobert. Sir, you are an amazing therapist. You targeted my back pain locations so precisely, that when you helped lead in dry needling, I was totally healed from the enormous pain in my back. You Sir, are a God send. Your delightful personality is also so welcoming. You have made what can be so hard and painful....become easier and very productive. Thank you for allowing me to express the pains and frustrations with your feedback of comfort, instruction and ease of mind. I adore you and Brad's sense of humor and interactions. In September 2024 I did my physical therapy with Asia at this facility she was very kind and considerate and was very mindful of my capabilities with all my other ailments going on i had total knee replacement she did a wonderful job helping me get threw it she is very knowledgeable she really made me feel comfortable the whole staff is very professional and really make you feel comfortable I will be going there for my next knee replacement in November
