I think you have the best hospital sacred Heart, West Florida And Baptist !!!! The staff is extremely knowledgeable attentive. I personally believe I shouldn't gotten another I. V, cause I just feel so dry it up. I was so sick for for 5 days. I just really didn't know. I was gonna make it. But I can't thank you enough for taking care of me and helping me feel halfway. Human again. Thank you so much.

Dr. Faiq was wonderful! He was polite, and spent time with me, as his patient. He is very caring and the medical help he gave was awesome! The shots he gave in my neck relieved most if the pain right off the get go! I recommend him as a great doctor to anyone!

Went in for hurt food from a fall. Intake nurse was very nice. Nurse was nice but hardly checked on me for the several hours I was there. Doctor only saw twice for maybe 30 seconds each. Second visit he didn't even come in the room. He just stuck his head in the door. No offer of pain meds or anything else.

I went into ER for chest pains. Immediately they took me to triage and from there to a room. I was stuck with a IV needle immediately and tests were started. It was nothing serious and I was discharged. The next day the doctor that took care of me called me to checking me. Great service! Thank you Santa Rosa ER. You're the best

I went to the ER on October 9, 2024. As always I was taken in within 5 minutes for triage and put in a room immediately. I am a retired RN and I have never seen such an efficient run ER throughout my entire career. Dr. James Shockley was my ER physician and I couldn’t have asked for a better physician. He was kind, very concerned, compassionate and on target the entire time. The nurse, the ultrasound tech and the CT techs were fast and very kind. This was a great positive experience all the way through. Dr. Shockley went above and beyond trying to find followup for my very complex problem. I can’t thank him enough for his help. I do want him to know I found fantastic followup for my problems. Thank you! I love the facility. I always go there when I need to and I will continue. I love the staff from the receptionist all the way through my treatment.

As a follow up to my past experience when Dr. Shockley discovered I had ovarian cancer, and while undergoing chemo treatments, I acquired a particularly bad case of Bronchitis. It was only worse than normal because my immune system was down due to the cancer and treatments. I had gone to two different doctors and could not get any results. This time I saw Dana Cassady. She took the time to listen to me. Others had not. We decided on a treatment plan together and proceeded with it. Within 24 hours I felt so much better and am completely healed from the Bronchitis. I can’t thank her or the staff enough for their kindness and compassion and mostly for listening to me about treatments that work for me. Great hospital and great staff, thank you!!!!

Fast intake (have been there previously) nurse and her assistant were friendly. Never saw a doctor. They confirmed that my ankle was broken. Was never given meds for pain although nurse said she would write a prescription for some.
Was wrapped and taped for temporary purposes. Given paper work and pushed into waiting area until my ride arrived.
This was on a Friday and immediately went to recommended doctor for continued care and cast for ankle. Earliest appointment available was following Tuesday.
Left hospital with sharp ankle pain and no medication. My requested pharmacy is closed on weekends. If I had listened to the standard story of disposing of old medicine, I would have been in pain for at least four days. I now have a broken ankle and no place to obtaining a crutch. No one to help me into the vehicle to leave the hospital.
Can you guess how I should rate the hospital for care?

The staff took excellent care of me, the nurses were very supportive. Drs were quick and thorough with their care. They made time to explain what was going on and what they were doing.

Saw ER personnel for a laceration on the back of my head as a result of a fall @ home. Upon arrival I was immediately triaged, given a CT scan and then assessed for "remedy/repair!". Fortunately, no sutures were required and I was released. The entire episode, from p/u by EMS, till arrival back home took just under 3 hours ❗

My sincere thanks are extended to SRMC ER and its staff for their professional care.
