I'm so thankful that's where I went when I was sick. They took extraordinary care of me. I was so impressed with the cleanses of my room. I could not ask for a better care from the nursing Staff on the fourth floor. The food delivery people were super professional very nice. The nurses aid that took your blood pressure and status. Every three hours were very nice. I could not have been in a better place. I have the best surgeon in the whole area. Dr. Fletcher is amazing. I cannot say enough about Santa Rosa Medical Center, thank God for them! I was there 9 days. So I had time to see a lot experience a lot.

I went to SRMC for a CT scan of my abdomen area. I got there 30 minutes before my appointment as instructed. It was over an hour after my appointment time so my wife went and asked what the holdup was because everyone else had been helped. The tech said they had several emergency patients and were trying to do their tests and get the results to the Dr's as quickly as possible. We totally understood. They, however, took us straight back, ran the test, and let us go.

Went to the ER and the staff during the dayshift was excellent. My nurse Cole. He was very polite and understanding I saw a PA as my doctor and her name was Dana. She was very pleasant. The x-ray department with instructors and students were all very nice and patient with me. I was very happy with this hospital and I will come back if I had an emergency.🤗 you guys have improved a lot. Keep up the good work.

I went to the emergency room in OCT 2024 on a Sunday afternoon because I had a big splinter in my hand and I could not tell If I got it all out. I signed in, and the waiting room was empty, no one was there. I was seen in good order for vitals and explained the issue to the nurse. He took the info and told me the doc would be right in. An our later a dr came in, looked at my hand and told me I needed a surgeon, he said he suspected the splinter went into the thumb joint.
He prescribed anti biotics and gave me a referral. I tried to schedule an appointment for two days. No one would see me because they said they needed authorization from Tricare. I waited for two weeks and got a call saying I could come in now. While waiting, then saying come in. I had already went to an old army buddy ( A real Doctor ) he looked at it, told me I had obviously gotten it all out, keep and eye on it and to monitor it for red streaks. I just received a letter from a collection agency saying I owe 860.00 of the 3700 something .
3700.00 for a visit , nothing accomplished other than prescribed meds.
I would like to hear how the costs associated
That reaches 3700.00.

I just had my baby here via C-Section on Valentine’s Day. I cannot even put into words how impressed I was with my experience at this hospital. First off, all of my nurses were EXTREMELY experienced (20+ years, every single one of them) and were highly skilled. I felt like I was in such good hands and they were all incredible. Dr. Hinks and the anesthesia staff made my c-section a complete breeze and my recovery was 10x better than my delivery 8 years ago. A complete night and day difference. It was just so calm and I felt like I got a lot more individualized one-on-one care. 5 stars!

I was at SRMC for an outpatient surgical procedure, and from pre-op check in and blood work the day prior, to being wheeled out post op the experience was exceptional!

The RNs were wonderful.. Professional, attentive, and informative. The surgical team was no less amazing! I felt confident that I was in great hands, and never once did I feel nervous or hesitant leading up to my surgery.

SRMC has a great team on deck and I’d recommend them with zero hesitation. My IV site didn’t even bruise, and that in itself is a 10/10!

Sam the night shift nurse in the ER was amazing with my 7 month old. My son was transferred to Sacred Heart after four hours at Santa Rosa and Sacred Heart said Santa Rosa did such a great job treating his symptoms early that it prevented his sickness from getting worse. Very grateful to the physicians and the nurses that cared for him.
