Willis smith in the mental health department is such a joke, I am dealing with postpartum depression and he has went MONTHS without seeing me, when he did see me he told me after I was expressing how difficult it is dealing with ppd while having no help he told me “so how do you want to deal yell or I can set you with someone else” and then proceeded to kick me out of the room saying I was attacking him when I told him “ I would like if I could have regular appointments and medication” when he was called out on his medical negligence he kicked me out of the room. SENT ME HOME WITH NONE OF MY NORMAL MEDICATIONS and told me to FIGURE IT OUT. May someone help you that is NOT WILLIS SMITH that man should not be ANYWHERE NEAR people who have postpartum or any other mental health issues. This man is NOT fit for this job and the amount of unprofessionalism blew my mind.

This place has done a 180! Majorly stepped it up! Incredible! Receptionists pick up in just minutes, appointments within a few days (and even last minute), kind doctors, and nice staff! Great job! Also LOVE Dr. Parker Duncan… he is a GEM. ?

They make you wait hours and then once they call your name they deny MEDI-CAL. Spoke with Alejandra at the front desk and she had an attitude. No help at all. What kind of health service is this? AVOID THIS PLACE.

A zero would be more suitable. The staff is rude and could care less of your situation. Doctors are in such a hurry to get you out and won’t listen to your concerns. Don’t waste your time.

The wait was a bit long to be stuck in one room with all the sick kids, but the specialist my daughter was there to see was amazing. Very concerned and attentive, and ordered several scans and tests. I felt she was in very good hands.

There’s a quest lab on location here. That’s what I use this facility for specifically. Lab staff is quick and efficient. My labs seem to come back quicker when I get them done at this location. I definitely recommend!

I get hung on most of the time, I never get my questions answered! They have many people sitting at the front desks and yet it take 30 minutes to get through just to make an appointment! I do not recommend going here unless you absolutely necessary! I give them no stars! And this is just for the front desk people! I wouldn’t even rate them 1 star if I could post this and not give a star

This is the best health clinic I've ever been to. They quickly and professionally were able to diagnose every mental health issue I've been experiencing my entire life. They've provided me with dozens of resources for getting myself stable. AND my doctor is learning how to handle hormone replacement therapy just so I don't have to travel to San Francisco ever month for it. I feel so cared for here. I really love it.
