This clinic has friendly and caring PA's who are willing to explain sensitive procedures beforehand which definitely settles the nerves and I sincerely appreciate. While lead times for getting an appointment can take some time, wait times in the actual office are incredibly short.

The front desk is uneducated on the necessary time lines for prenatal care. I have been put off and ignored because the staff has no idea what’s important and what’s not and I do not trust them to have the knowledge of scheduling prenatal visits.

Santa Cruz Women’s Health Center is an excellent place to go for health care. This is one of the best experiences I’ve had going to the doctor. The physicians I have seen here have been very kind and thorough and have done a great job of listening to my needs. They’ve been quick to offer treatments for me, along with provide information about the care being provided. They also work extremely well with insurance, and all of my copays here have been EXTREMELY doable! All of the assistants/staff are friendly and helpful as well. I’ve had a lot of negative experiences with healthcare elsewhere, so this has been a very refreshing experience! I highly recommend 🙂

This health clinic is the proof that humanity exists. Their service is just amazing, very respectful, polite, caring and understanding people. My husband lost job in covid and I had no insurance. I approached them and they welcomed me with a big heart and gave access to prenatal care. They even helped me in getting a medical insurance and I had my doctor consultation here. The doctor and nurses are very good people. I would like to give a special thanks to Consuelo chavarria for being so patient and answering all my questions. Thank you so much I can never forget the wonderful hospitality experience I had here. God bless you all ,you are doing a great service to the community for free.

I’ve had such good experiences here— from outstanding medical attention from my PA, to the medical assistants and front desk staff being extremely sweet and caring, to awesome counseling services. They always get me in quickly and my PA really listens and works with me as a team to help make the best decisions for my health.

Carrie Einsberg ruined My desire to go through with my pregnancy she is unprofessional and canceled an appointment of mine I had set up for over a month at standford because "she didn't feel like it was necessary for me to be seen" even though I actively made the appointment myself, it was an anatomy ultrasound. Definitely necessary if you ask me.

I left a review of my negative experiences and it was removed. Do not come here, do not let them waste your time and bully you without taking accountability. They don’t represent their values, don’t let them fool you.

I love the womens health center, everyone who works there is so caring and genuine. I had a problem a couple times with an employee being rude and I said something, Im pretty sure I wasnt the first person to say something. The next time I was in the office the employee had made a complete turn arround. This shows me even more that they do care and take the time to educate their employees. I have been coming here for over 10 years and will continue to come here for many more. They work with everyone no matter what your income is and never make you feel bad for not having insurance or having Medi-Cal. Sometimes wait times can be long which is why I did not give five stars
