HORRIBLE! my appointment was like
months out already?
and they called me a
few days before the surgery and let me know
I need I needed to get to some info about my meds from my Heart Dr? I'm
almost 71 and a few days isn't enough? when I got there at 6:15A I started calling them because they said if my blood pressure
had been high over the
weekend let them know?
she said I should have
flushed? Rite

Seriously cannot say enough about how incredible the nurses and staff are here.
I was pretty anxious but the nurses and anesthesiologist helped keep me at ease.

Wonderful experience overall. Everyone there was super helpful, friendly and competent, from the greeter in the parking lot, all the way through to the nurses who helped me out the door afterwards.

Overall a great vibe, enjoyable conversation, and a remarkable degree of customization of care. I felt extremely comfortable and right at home.

Recently I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy at the same time..I cannot express my gratitude enough for the entire staff from the time I got the call before the procedure until the day after to check on me..Please make sure that all of these wonderful and caring folks get recognized. Nina who confirmed my procedure, Lee the receptionist,Julian the medical assistant that was so darn sweet, Margurite my RN who was so cool, Catherine another Rn who was so kind, Alec, RN asst. post op area, Sheila, Angie who wrote down all the names for me and of course Dr. Anjelly's office including Clint Meek, PA-C and the Dr, himself and my kind anesthesiologist Dr. Kong. There aren't enough stars in the skies to rate this wonderful surgery Center..Forgive me if I missed anyone..Thank you everyone..I truly felt loved and cared for..Bedside manner is so important to me..

Exceptional experience! Worked with 3 people: RN was extremely efficient, IV inserted into back of hand with no pain. Assistant (Julian) took vitals and prepared me for surgery was thorough and made it a comfortable experience. Send-off Nurse made sure I understood do’s and don’ts following surgery. Anesthesiologist and surgeon (Dr. Nguyen) were very professional.
