I did somatic therapy with Crystal. I was skeptical! But it was truly revolutionary! She helped me through a lot of things, PTSD, Anxiety, Childhood things. It really worked and she was extremely intuitive and accurate in exactly what was going on with me, and talked me through it and talked me through somatic exercises that helped me transform.

I love, love, love the owner! I met her a few months back, and have had the chance to experience a Somatic Session, and a couple fabulous massages. It is always important to me that the person helping you heal has their energy in a good place, and Crystal is well practiced with just that. Her extensive ongoing education, seminars, and certifications have given her a broad range in which to help heal others. I was totally comfortable in both environments and learned more than I expected about myself. It was interesting, and very healing.
