Despite having a good insurance plan, they billed me $400 (after insurance!) for an initial 20-minute long appointment. Most of the price came from services that they tried to upsell me on, without telling me the price during the appointment. Very bad experience.

I had sinus surgery 2 weeks ago with Dr Teng. I am so happy I did it. He was so thorough, and fixed 3 things for me. He was kind, gentle, and so smart. I highly recommend that you use the sinus rinse bottle 4 times a day. You'll be so happy you did. I am so thankful to Dr Teng, he's my nasal hero. I have been miserable for years with a cycle of sinus infections, ear infection and constant nasal congestion. He fixed that for me and I couldn't be happier. He's a great Dr. Sue D.

I recently went to Santa Cruz Ear, Nose and Throat Group, and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the experience. The office itself is clean and roomy, and all the front desk employees were welcoming, efficient, and seemed to be happy. The nurses, Doctor Spilman and audiologist Ruth Kaspar were not only knowledgable and professional, but they were also very supportive and friendly. I went definitely recommend this medical office to anyone looking for specialized medical support.
