Placed and order and my order was not complete with what I ordered. Was told I would get a refund instead of them sending me what I ordered, they said they won't do that because it will cost them more to ship it. Well.....yes, a refund is ok, but i did want what I ordered, so that upset me. If I wanted to receive what I originally ordered, I would have had to pay for more shipping. It's completely ridiculous. They should have sent out what THEY forgot in my order with no charge to me.

Karly is an amazing manager of this store and knows exactly how to help me find the quality products I need. She is so knowledgeable and a great face for the SCBT brand. If it weren't for Karly's warm and friendly demeanor going above and beyond to help us get what the ranch needed, I would resort to only online shopping and not purchase as frequently. I love the great inventory you find online and in-store, but the store staff really enhances the experience.
