We had to take our sons, ages 5 and 8, to this urgent care due to severe stomach pain/problems. We were the first patients to arrive at 8am, and they saw us very quickly. The staff was friendly and communicative. The office is exceptionally neat and clean. The nurse and nurse practitioner who treated my sons were kind and patient. Everyone answered all my questions. Apparently, this visit was covered by my insurance because the bill was very low--a pleasant surprise after all we were going through. Another convenience is the on-site pharmacy. They sent our sons' prescriptions next door and then we were on our way. I was an anxious parent here on vacation from another state and unsure about where to take my sick kiddos. I highly recommend this office for urgent care for kids!

Reception staff was welcoming and made the payment and insurance process easy to understand. The medical staff was beyond amazing and helpful. Before I left, the pharmacist had the prescriptions filled and made instructions clear. She was even able to find a rebate to help lower the price. Hands down best experience I've had at a medical center. Wait times were no longer, if not less, than a visit to you family doctor. 5 stars is seriously not enough.

I'm on spring break right now in destin 4 hours from home and i ended up catching a bad case of the stomach flu. i came to this clinic because of its reviews and they treated me wonderfully. The staff here is simply SO sweet, professional, and amazing. They all know what they're doing and are so helpful and cordial. They really helped me get better and feel comfortable coming here since i didn't know any doctors around this area. They saved my trip, do NOT hesitate to come to this urgent care if you need to see a doctor!

Best walk in clinic that Ive ever went to. Took my 7 year old in for strep throat. The doctor and staff was very kind. Doctor was very thorough. Pharmacy was very nice as well. Fast service. No more than 30 min and I was out. Would definitely recommend.

Great walk in clinic. Very nice facility and staff. If I lived here, I would definitely use them on a regular basis. Very short wait time also , which is a plus when you aren't feeling well. They have an on site pharmacy also. My prescription was filled by the time I checked out. Great facility.

Visiting from out of state we had a wonderful experience bringing our youngest for care to this health center. They listened to our background and quickly assessed the situation identifying his illness, even though our pediatrician at home missed the diagnosis. Filled prescriptions on site. Staff very pleasant and enjoyed the Southern hospitality. Happy to report he is on the upswing and now we can all enjoy the rest of our vacation!

My family just moved to Navarre. We had previously been to this facility on vacation. We travel 45 minutes to come here now for our primary visits and any care we may need. Not only is the facility beautiful but the staff and doctors are top notch - Southern Hospitality at its finest. No long waits and EXCELLENT care. I don't think I've ever had such an excellent experience with a doctor's office in all my 55 years. I can't say enough about this facility !!!

On Thursday 3/14 I was needing medical attention and I visited the Sandestin Health and Wellness Center. It was by far the best experience I have ever had visiting a walk in clinic. My nurse Haley and my PA Lee were both top notch! If you are not feeling well I would suggest heading here. A+ in my books.
