It's pretty hard to get in contact with your doctor. And I've tried several times to make an appointment with a dentist via the new patient portal, with no response.

When I do speak to my doctor, they never know what messages have been sent to them via the portal.

The portal is only good for receiving information. It's sad, because this was a promising new feature.

Honestly the staff was very friendly. Had an appointment for my son and unfortunately he had to get shots so he was being a little clingy. Was waiting in the lobby for my ride and the security fellow tells me to wait outside because they're closed. This is my first time at this location so I go wait outside that's fine. Then he followed and shut the doors that were open and just stares at me. This is at 12pm on a Saturday. The hours are until 4. Not sure what that was all about, but I'm glad I don't have to encounter him again.

I love this location I want them to at least have 3 stars receptionist are helpful and kind i get quick appointments with my chiropractor and shes great! Dentist is good and women’s health was good as well as blood work.

Very bad experience, they made me wait an hour to be seen even though I had an appointment, and the clinic was not full.

I would highly suggest to stay away from this clinic. Unless you like to run around, be on the phone waiting to set up an appointment for at a minimum 30 minutes. Again, just to set up an appointment. Things as basic as fill up a prescription over the phone they won’t do. You have to make an appointment and even then you’re at risk that they will mess up your paperwork if you do a paper prescription.
I have so many stories. Don’t come to this clinic if you can, find somewhere else to be seen. I requested my kids be records to be transferred from Georgia and to my surprise they hadn’t received anything nor had they notified me that there was an issue with their paperwork. I wish I could pull my kids out but this is what my insurance company gave me. Will find something else though.

Terrible service, Dr. Aslian, I hope you improve as a person, not be so sarcastic when questions are asked. If I'm meant to see you for an appointment, please show up. Not have someone else come tell me you're not in only to see you on my way out. I understand everyone's busy and sometimes are in and out, but there was an appointment i had with you, My experience that day was just terrible.

My mother unfortunately had a terrible experience today aug. 10th at around 4:30 in the dental department on the third floor. She was treated like a second class citizen because she was unable communicate properly due to all her teeth being removed at a previous appointment. The female in charge of checking in patients must be held accountable for her lack empathy towards her sr. Patients. Shame on u and shame on whoever trained this person. If you like your prescription requests being ignored or sent to the wrong pharmacy altogether, then this is the place for you. I gave them 3 weeks to refill a prescription for anti depressants, and i was given the run around. Don't go here for primary care. The only good thing about this medical building is the dentist.
