See UPDATE below.
Have had mixed, mostly positive experiences over many visits. I recently changed doctors because I felt I wasn't being listened to. My new doctor is great! I couldn't be happier with the staff and the care I'm receiving.
UPDATE:7/30/24
I changed my review of San Ysidro Health Care in Alpine, from 4 to 5 stars. I've been receiving awesome care from the best doctor I can remember ever having. Dr. Van Hollebeke is very knowledgeable, a patient listener, quite thorough, and has gone way beyond my expectations during every office visit or phone appointment.
Also, I can't say enough about how thoughtful and caring the nurses and everyone I've encountered during the past couple of years have been. I can only imagine if there are other Doctors at this location, they're more than likely awesome as well!

I went in for a couple appointment and had a handful of experience with different people and was pleasantly surprised with the overall atmosphere in this space. I talked to one of the nurses and she mentioned really liking working there herself. I appreciate where a business takes care of their employees which in then allows them capacity to take care of their clients. Thank you for that overall care. It is see and very much appreciated. The only thing is that I wished I grabbed the names of everyone I spoke to but it was seriously everyone from receptionist to Dr.Dube. Thank you again!

Everyone I've come across has been helpful.
That's why I'm even looking at the site right now. I'll be making a follow up appointment when/ If I need one.

Overall bad experience with the doctors and the receptionist. They don’t return phone calls or don’t ever reply to messages you leave for your provider.
Dr Wiley told me to call back if my sleep still wasn’t improving after I went up in my medication dose and I’ve been trying to get a message or a reply back from him for 3 days. I had an over the phone appointment early this morning and it got canceled because they were behind… it’s not fair being a patient and not being taken care of properly. Poor service

I've had a terrible experience trying to literally make 1 phone appointment happen. They canceled on me the first time after I called multiple times trying to reach them. And now on my second attempt for the same appointment, I find out they are calling on a private phone number which my phone automatically blocks. So now they have rescheduled it again and no promises as to whether they will change their phone number to not be private. I have wasted so much time trying to make this happen. Hope this review helps someone.

Well to start off I would not even give them a single star!!! But you have to just to write a review!! Let’s start off by saying the receptionist that they have in 110 should all be fired or just let go for rudely not even greeting me or my son when we walked in. We were there for my 5 year old son not for me so let’s make that clear. I followed their rules and protocol by wearing a mask even though I feel it is ridiculous. I needed my son to be seen and checked out. Kinda funny how they have signs saying to always have on masks for safety but apparently the staff is immune or it just doesn’t pertain to them. That’s not the worst of it. Have no clue who the woman was that approached me cause once again she didn’t introduce herself or have on an ID. She leans down and tells me since my son has a fever and cough and is contagious that he could not be seen. I responded with he no longer has a fever and yes he has a cough but we just need this rash he has developed looked at. And she proceeded to repeat herself that he is contagious and can not be seen!!! Since he could not be seen I had a few choice words for turning away a child in need of medical attention!!!So with all that being said this in no way is towards the doctor but she may want to reevaluate her staff before she gets in some major trouble.

I've been going to the Alpine location for over a year and the El Cajon location several times. Always helpful Always professional and their support services vast. They constantly are contacting me with additional services and assignment with personal care advocates.
Never gave a we'll get back to you. I call and they walk me through the process including transferring to the appropriate dept. And immediately follow up making sure I was taken care of.
Actually kind of overwhelming. Never had a health care provider so totaly concerned and do as they promised.
And the amount of services including chiropractic, vision, dental. Not to mention behavioral mental services. All under one roof.
More services added regularly.
Crazy
I believe they may actually make me well..
Thank you

I have given this Dr's office so many opportunities to make things right. Even after they we're purchased and rebranded I thought maybe just maybe things will improve. Tuesday I had an appointment with Dr. BROWN after my original appointment was canceled for Monday. I will get right to the point after waiting an hour past my appointment time he walked into the room and said "what can I do for you?" No mention of I'm sorry I'm so late, no anything! After saying my peace I got on with why I was there and ended up leaving with absolutely zero diagnosis and a prescription for an antibiotic. So frustrating and not to mention an absolute waste of MY time.
