This clinic is very clean, top notch and EVERYONE who works here is so nice and professional!! Thank you for all you do for me. Especially, Lisa who did my ultra sound and Robbi who did my mammogram. They were amazing!!!!

Today I saw Nurse Practioner Foster she is wonderful. She has been so thorough checking me out from head to toe and explaining my recent tests. Thank you so much!! You're awesome!!

I never had problems here with previous providers but a nurse by the name of Tracy. I spoke to Tracy and she made me feel belittled. I talk to her about a medical leave I had. I had never had dealt with any thing like this she made me feel like my concerns are worries were not enough. She told me not to take advantage. She said I she doesn’t even know how I got signed off on leave. Mind you not everyone is taking advantage. I have never had to go through this. I am just trying to secure my job. I will not get paid during the days I have off. I’m currently seeing a pcp, and 5 specialist. I got off the phone in tears a doctor office should never make you feel like your health is not important!

I had a great experience at this location. Came in with a cracked front tooth and Amy did an amazing job bonding it ! Great service and straight forward with helping fix my smile ! Will definitely be back for any future dental work

UPDATE: I JUST GOT OUT OF THE HOSPITAL I WAS TREATED FOR POSSIBLE SEPTIC SHOCK DURING MY TIME IN THE HOSPITAL STAY THE DENTISTS CALLED WHILE I WAS IN THE ER AND TOLD ME ALL THE DENTIST WOULD GIVE ME WAS MOTRIN
AFTER TWO SHOTS OF ANITBIOTIC AND THE OTHER PAIN MEDICATION
TWO CT SCANS A IV OF MORE ANTIBIOTIC AND MOROPHINE TO STOP THE PAIN AND FURTHER INFECTION FROM SPREADING TO MY HEART.
DR. LUI!!!! DO NOT GO TO HER. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRES AMD SENT BACK TO SCHOOL TO LEARN THE RIGHT WAY TO PRACTICE DENTISTRY.
I CANT EVEN GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE TO FILE A COMPLAINT A MRS. MARTINEZ.
PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST.

Do not go here for your dentist work. They milk your insurance by doing as little as they can each visit and they say they can't give pain medication foe tooth aches
Which is probably the worst pain in the world.
They are not confident in any procedure sending you out to other dentists.
SAVE YOUR TIME AND SANITY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I went there for a tooth ache they gave me medication which didn't help and regular Tylenol for pain which I already had in my purse
When calling back they act like I did something wrong! In all I'm in So mich pain I wanna die!
My side of my face is so hard and swollen and they don't want to give me another appointment telling me to go tp the dentist they referred me to which can't help with an infection they couldn't even help
Iam registered America. Indian that clinic was made to give us good health care bit in return they cater to other ethnic with insurance

They need to stop acting like they care about American Indians when clearly, the American Indians are The ones getting all the rotten care and treated once again like we don't matter!
Yes I will glady go somewhere else at least I know there the dentists will be knowledgeable and care!!!

This company is awesome, nice worker in each Department. They welcome you anytime. All Providers are Great. They took good care of me. They give away free BP machine if you have uncontrolled Hypertension. This company giving away free fresh vegetable during harvest time and turkey on thanksgiving. Thank you RSBCIHI.

I am very disappointed with this clinic. My husband needed care and were not from the area, and we were turned away. The receptionist would not allow us to be seen in the Emergency room. So if you Native and you need medical service, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. We had to go to Parker Indian Hospital.

I see there are some negative reviews here,

I just moved here from a different state and transferred from another IHS the beginning transfer needed a bit of paperwork but after that everything went well, fast scheduled dates, they transfer me quickly to speak to a nurse on call if I need, they also are fast with prescription and leave the same day with them or can have them transferred to a pharmacy near you, I also like how there is text notifications telling you while you are waiting that your prescription is ready and some rest you get answers within 10 to 16 minutes. Staff is very nice and informative I feel some people dont know how good they got it I also go to normal clinic with different insurance and other places you wait forever to get an appointment I can call hear and been seen the same day usually. I also like how they usually call me back in a fair amount of time if they are too busy and I have to leave a message with my phone # , . They are not robots always make me feel welcome.

Building does feel clean and does feel like it's in a secure location
Its gated and beautiful building.
