Front desk and office staff were wonderful, but doctor was impersonal and literally never smiled. Guess they don't get paid enough to be happy, right?

Come here if you want overwhelmingly average Healthcare (I can already tell I'll have trouble getting the referrals I need here from how dismissively the doctor behaved‍♀️). Just have dealt with many doctors at this point and tired of getting my hopes up.

Worst experience I have ever had regarding the medical field, rude people, and they care 0% of their patients health, I won’t ever go back there.

So I’m not one to write reviews but I felt this to be a necessary one especially if you’re a new parents and considering this clinic for your pediatrician. And this of course is my experience yours may be different.

The obgyn is amazing here I got seen by a few their labor and delivery doctors and my experience was stellar, I felt my doctors heard me and helped me and the nurses are sweet and front desk staff is diligent and so helpful. Dr. Richard’s is the absolute sweetest most caring person I had the pleasure in treating me through my postpartum.

However, I give this clinic a two star because of the pediatric department. The doctors are also great here but front desk staff is horrible. I don’t even know where to begin with them. I called last month to get my son scheduled in for a quick check since he was coming down with a cold, and their response was take him to the hospital the doctor can’t see him until November something. I was baffled at this response. So I then called Tucsany pediatrics and Dr. Al-Alou was able to see him right away. And I want to clarify that I did ask them that if Calabrese wasn’t available if any of their available doctors could see him and they stated they had none. This is one of many uncomfortable situations I had with them in the short time we were being seen with them. When it comes to children’s care more compassionate personal should be considered. I don’t know whether they’re parents or not but I’m certain they wouldn’t want to be treated with the little to no urgency that they treat parents. Doctors/Directors, the team you have up front is just as important as any other team member, they’re the face of your department.I loved the care Dr. Calabrese gave my son and it’s saddens me that it’s because of front desk staff that I part with this clinic. Please I urge you to retrain your staff in patient service.

My 3 year old daughter and I had the worst experience ever. We went to the pediatrics department and we were there since 1:30 to 4:45. Went for a check up and next thing you know was accused of child abuse so I had to wait against my will. Once investigators showed up they sent me to amberly's place. My 3 year old daughter went through a lot of pain and suffering just to be false accusations. Now she doesn't trust doctors nor police officers. She is traumatized with this whole ordeal. I would love to talk to the person in charge because my 3 year old daughter is now stressed and emotionally damaged. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. we are better of going to Mexico to get her treated. By the way, there is now to what they did to her that I can't get back they made her cry asking for me and I was hopeless. I am supposed to be her protector and they took that away from me.

They're ALWAYS booked for days out for sick visits and the receptionists who answers the phones ALWAYS give you attitude! Everybody seems miserable there.

Had an appointment set up months in advance to see OBGY-N doctor. Was told my doctor was in Somerton and what address to go to when I set up appointment and a test reminder the day before, but when I showed up I was told she is in San Luis.

I don’t know how this establishment gets by- I guess by being pretty much the only pediatric behavioral health clinic around the Yuma region. My child has been out of her medication for three days now. I call the phones all day long only to maybe get answered once, transferred three times and hung up on. I’ve tried faxing from our doctor’s office and it just comes up as busy every time. There are some great docs here, but I can’t overlook the in unprofessionalism.

Drs and nurses are really good, but the secretaries are not paying attention to their schedule times and names and are mixing them up. They called me a day before to let me know that my child had an appointment at 10:30 but actually it was at 10:00. They just told me to reschedule but I waisted my time driving to Somerton. Really disappointed, I didn't even get an apology for their mistake. It was only in this facility not the other ones.
