Early this afternoon I was taken by ambulance to this hospital through the ER dept. This is the second time that I have been to this hospital in over 10 years time. I have heard of other patients who had not received the care that they had hoped for and that’s unfortunate for sure. I have only but amazing things to share about the outstanding experience that I had with the entire team that fixed me up. Great nurses every employee I had were great. No waiting for hours with anything. Went to surgery in less than two hours I broke my ankle it was bad a compound fracture the bone went through the outside of my ankle they fixed it and now can get better. Thank you San G Pass Hospital for a great experience and you’d amazing staff that helped me with my injury.

Omg I’m so heart broken I wish I read these reviews before we sent our mom to this hospital I’m literally on my way to take her to a different hospital t mom been here since Sunday and this morning she called crying in distress saying that she’s worse than she was when she got there she can’t even move. I’m literally have to go and pick up my mom from the hospital with a wheelchair because she can’t walk right now. I don’t know what they doing, but they mean they rude she been saying that her doctor is nasty to her. This is like so scary cause this hospital, made my mom worse. they not even efficient with a test they do one test and she had a stroke and it ran another test. Oh she didn’t have a stroke and they run. Another says oh she had a stroke they playing with her life and I just feel some type away about this.

I had some issues with my bloodwork and was instructed by my physician to go to the ER. I found this Emergency Room to be immaculate, with an enormously professional and personable staff. They were industrious and worked very well together to give all of us the attention and care we needed. We were treated with respect and empathy. I heartily, enthusiastically, and unequivocally recommend this Emergency Room. I would give them 10 stars if that were possible. Thank you staff at San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital for the great care I received and the great care you give others in the community. Peace ?

MY HOSPITAL OF CHOICE! This is my first time visiting SGM Hospital and I'm so ecstatic about the service! I came in with a horrible cough and painful chest congestion from an illness I've been fighting for the last five weeks and they provided excellent care! The triage nurse, security staff and my PA (Estefany) all treated me like a human being and more importantly, like an adult! The majority of the staff love their job and it shows. The staff didn't talk down to me or any other patient, rather they were patient and kind. Other hospitals need to learn from this facility! The hospital maintained a steady flow despite the amount of patients being seen. I'm definitely switching over from my previous hospital to this one, calling my insurance... talk to you later!

-BEWARE-
-DO NOT ENTER-
San Gorgonio Hospital is an inferior hospital and a
customer rating of 2.9 is being generous. I will never step foot in this sorry excuse for a hospital. Don't say that you were not informed!!

P.s. watch for erroneous billing and unimaginable wait times in the ER

If you have a loved on in ICU beware of LORDY. In the final 24 hours of my mom’s life she was not only rude on the phone but tried to stop me from visiting her when I’ve had an exception to visit my mother at any time due to her condition. (Those on comfort care or end of life care are meant to have visitors at any time). I don’t care if she claims it isn’t personal, a dying family member is absolutely personal and a person without empathy or kindness should not be working in ICU or a hospital at all. That was extremely traumatic. On the other hand, Stephanie (I believe the director of ICU) was incredibly helpful and kind, ensuring I spend all the time I could with my mom before she passed. Her nurses were also exceptional. Alex, Luke, and three other I can’t remember their name. She was brunette with tattoos (one of the nicest women I’ve ever met) and a medium skin toned man with a comb over. Last nurse also had a similar situation in her family and completely related to losing a parent at a young age. I felt so comforted by the staff having no family they really put me to peace. I am so appreciative. My mom ultimately had the most comfortable, serene passing possible and ultimately I would recommend this hospital. Lordy traumatized me and I asked to see her in person (after we spoke on the phone several times) I was sure to tell her thank you for “allowing” me to see my mother in her last hours. That woman is not fit for the job. I am extremely understanding of rules and boundaries, try my best to be respectful and kind to everybody she was completely out of line. Sad part is a family member called and had the same experience with her.

CAFETERIA REVIEW:
$9.70 dinner and sm bottle water
I decided to try the chicken fried steak. The two sides were Mac N Cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy.
Mac and potatoes: in my opinion, pre- packaged, but ok.
Steak and gravy: Legit!!
Overall, this meal is one many hard-working moms all over the country make and have made for decades! That's love. Shout out to whoever makes the gravy. Tasted house made.

I've been here for a few days. I was told that I was going to have a few test done. Told me that they're going to do a certain. Attach left me without food for a few days. They keep telling me they're going to do something, but never do it now. They're not doing none and stressing me out. Lefting left me with no eating, no drinking water dehydrated. I feel like passing out. I keep asking them for water and they keep ignoring me go to the Worses Hospital, you could ever come to
