I've been fighting to get my bf added to my case for 8 months and I've only since this past week gotten my back pay for cash aid. Now I'm having to go into the office AGAIN bc Artem and the office won't answer my calls about all my back pay food stamps! Extremely frustrating we have a kid that needs every dollar. Tried asking for a supervisor 4 different times and not once gotten a call back. Beware 😤

Hate this place with a burning passion. COME EARLIER. The workers are oftentimes disrespectful and impatient even when you're not, they're extremely unknowledgeable in their jobs and have blatantly lied to myself and others I know, both intentionally and by default due to a complete lack of basic information on multiple occasions. ALWAYS ask to speak to the Duty Worker. They're who really supervise and know the proper accurate information and can really get things others make excuses for done. You CAN get a SAME DAY EBT CARD IN PERSON. I've gotten one at multiple locations multiple times. At the most they'll need the printer number info from one office to another but there shouldn't be much other than that as to why you shouldn't be able. Don't let these people disregard you and take advantage.

The case worker assigned to my case has been doing a horrible job on handling my case since day 1. I submitted every single document needed to have my case approved and I'm still denied all while being eligible to receive all the helps I applied for. When I called him he doesn't answer the phone and he doesn't call you back either. When I asked him questions about procedures he replies that he doesn't know and will get back to me but he doesn't contact me regarding the questions. I'm living in poverty and the helps I'm entitled to are being withheld because Artem is not working on my case in a diligent and effective manner.
