We to urgent care on a Sunday morning as a walk in. The front staff was very friendly and the check in process was quick and efficient with a text link sent to my phone. The wait time was only a few minutes and I was done in less than 30 minutes. The facility was super clean and organized. I wasn’t sure if it had dedicated parking or where it was so I parked on the street. I found out later that it does have parking in the rear accessed off of San Fernando road. Overall great experience and I would recommend this location. Thank you again to the staff who assisted me.

I walked in on a Thursday night at 7:45 and was in a room by 8:00! Process is very fast and efficient! The staff is amazing! I waited less than 10 minutes for a nurse practitioner to come and diagnose my problem! They referred me to a 24 hour pharmacy! I had my prescription by night and got my first dose! Amazing efficiency

If you've been before, processing is quick and therefore sooner to see a doctor. Super clean and bright.I visited on Friday, May 16, 2025. I was able to rule out strep, flu, and Covid within less than 15 minutes of arrival. I also got a B12 shot. There is limited parking off San Fernando Road.

Everyone was very professional, the process once seen moved smoothly and efficiently and it was a good experience. NP Lena was amazing, caring and attentive and X-ray tech Raphael was efficient and attentive to details . Thank you!

Not a review person but I really want to big up this practice. All the staff was attentive, warm and funny but most of all, sincere in wanting to help their patients. The doctor had a rare human quality you don’t see much these days in that ilk. Hope they’re here for a while and if you need it and are nearby, this is the best choice by a mile.

My brother, let me know about this place as a very reliable urgent care. I went there on a Sunday. Yes, they were open… And I literally got in there within five minutes. Took care of me real quick. Got my meds. Set up. Great little place. Don’t want too many people to know about it. I guess because it’s that great. But I highly recommend it. Good staff great work guys.

Somehow my review got deleted but the stars remained. I had taken my toddler in to be seen late at night and they were prescribed medicine after the visit. I asked the guy at the front desk if he could please make sure to call the pharmacy right away so I could get the meds relatively quickly. He said sure.
I get to the pharmacy and they say the prescription hasn’t been sent in yet. This was at least 20 min after I had left San Feliz. I had to call and ask them to do it (again). So disappointing when you’re desperately in need of help and already asked for a very easy favor. It was empty when I left and clearly the guy just didn’t do what I had asked.

The facility is very clean, so so clean.
The wait was acceptable and manageable.
Doctor took great care of me and had a lovely bed side manner. As an anxious person I acted like a scared child, and he was able to calm me down, cracked some jokes and made me relax.
