I have had the pleasure of working with Brad and his team professionally for years!
When my husband had his knee surgery last year they provided customer services above and beyond to ensure he had all that he needed in our home to recover.
This company has consistently provided excellent service. Whenever I reach out to help others in need of equipment, Brad, responds the same day and is always going above and beyond. Brad has a big heart to serve the community.

Upon my mom's release from the hospital I was given less than 24 hours notice to find her a hospital bed. I called San Diego Medical Supply and Jennifer answered the phone. I was shocked at how rude, abrupt and dismissive she was. I tried to ask questions regarding prices and available options (I'm new at navigating the hospital supply world!) She clearly had NO interest in helping me and zero concept of customer service. I finally told her that I don't appreciate her rude behavior and I would take my business elsewhere. If I could give zero stars, I would. My next call was to Harmony Home Health and they were patient, kind and very helpful. My mom's bed was delivered first thing in the morning. When a person is dealing with the stress of caring for a loved one, they need kindness and compassion. Jennifer does not possess either of these traits. She needs a major attitude adjustment!

My Mom wanted a power lift chair, but wanted to try them first. I called many furniture companies, but I could not get anyone on the phone to ask if they had any on the floor to try. I called Jennifer and within a few minutes she told me that she had two on the floor to try. We were in their office within a few hours and Mom picked one out and loves it. Brad and Jennifer make a great service team. Thank you both!

They are nothing short of amazing. They took every measure to take care of our needs. We tasked them with challenges that most companies would have just ignored and they took it upon themselves to go above and beyond. Every person we dealt with was not only professional but was compassionate. I cannot even begin to explain what it means to have a company so devoted to helping you when you need it most and do what they did. It was so wonderful working with them and they performed well beyond our expectations.

I was referred to San Diego medical supply and Steve by our home care providers I called him and within 24 hours he got me all the equipment that I needed when I called back I spoke with Jennifer and she got me additional equipment that I needed I now have the hospital bed a bed over the table a toilet and a shower chair for my mother so that she is able to stay at home with us I don’t know what I would’ve done without Steve he knew what I needed and the prices are fantastic compared to the other things I was looking at I will always use San Diego medical supply and I will always call on them and refer them
