I’ve been going to Dr. Ohri for years and each visit is pleasant and feels like a family atmosphere in the facility. Christine (NP) is great and is always on top of any of my concerns. Lastly, Nikki is amazing and makes every visit enjoyable! She builds a great rapport with patients and every time I see her she is in great spirits with a smile on her face.

This was the worst doctor experience I have ever had. Dr. Ohri wheeled in an iPad with his “secretary” on there and didn’t listen to my issues or concerns. What got reported to the portal wasn’t accurate and all over the place. He didn’t examine me or do what he said he was going to do regarding tests. He told me it was the patient’s responsibility to follow up on results and I verified I would need to call for the results of this test and he said I would either see the results on the portal or need to call in. If there was further care needed it was up to me to make an appointment and follow up. I called a week later asking for the results because they weren’t on the portal and it turns out they never sent the test out as they said they would. The doctor has delayed my care and it’s now going to be another 3 weeks of suffering till I can see another doctor. If you want a doctor who cares about you, your health and what they do, don’t go to Dr. Ohri.

Dr Ohri was Pleasant when getting physical and made some recommendations for further steps in my care. After leaving a number of messages at his office over a period of days and not getting calls returned from the office. No one at the office was answering the phones at 8:35am (when they opened). I visited the office to find out what was going on. Four young ladies were there at 8:50am when I visited, and were able to provide me the paperwork I needed, but the sense of urgency and follow up are lacking. It looks like a new office, so maybe they are still figuring things out?

This Dr.'s is focused on opening his new supplement vitamins business that they just started. His focus has changed as a primary care. They are messing up everything these days. Me and my husband went twice just for lab work (took 2 days off) and both times, the Dr. office forgot to send in orders. They are not in Dr.'s category now but businessman.
