Over 2 decades with this group, I am ready to move on. Today was the final straw because I was 9 min late and was told that they had a strict 7 min late policy and now I had to reschedule or wait another 40 min. AND this was after being told that they were running late. So…there time is more precious than mine
Now…let’s take into consideration that this was the first time I was late. And how many times have I been there for the 15 min early expectation and then taken into the exam room to SIT and WAIT for ANOTHER 15-3O minutes?
Shame on you.
Also, the front desk receptionists did not pick up the phone when I called to reschedule and after 30 minutes on hold in total…my call was then after hours at 5:01 pm and went to the after hours operator who was nice and understanding, but got an earful.
Samaritan and its receptionists and clinicians failed. Definitely felt like even though I have been loyal and been accommodating the long waits between appointments, having to do most of the work with the crappy my chart website, and overall planning my health, I am the one cannot be given grace if I was a little late an appt.
By the way your 7 min time limit is NOT listed on your website, emails or any other notifications and MAYBE if you actually talked to your patients, you could inform them or just see them as people and not just annoying data points.
You can do better, but I don’t know if you even care to try. Probably not until people stop using your clinic and you lose money. Yeah…your business model and claims for patient care conflict and it quite frankly was hurtful.
Try “doing no harm!”

Dr. Alisha hegewald is such a kind caring doctor. She immediately noticed and called me about my child. Never had that experience. The staff was kind. Profesional. I read the reviews for this clinic and I have not had an issue even tho I am on OHP.

I feel like the doctors here see me as a person, not just a patient. Dr. McQuillan is particularly compassionate. He takes time to listen to his patients and takes their concerns seriously. And the residents I have seen have all been fantastic.

Dr. McConville is genuinely the most caring, compassionate doctor I have ever seen in my life. I am not exaggerating. Incredible bedside manner, didn’t rush me, and in fact spent way longer with my appointment than she had to because she wanted to answer all my questions. She was so kind, and made me feel heard and not dismissed while also setting out a care plan for the future. She valued my mental health, and made that a huge priority. Also, she didn’t judge me for my weight at all. She is amazing, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about her. Now I never want to see any other doctor! I trust her knowledge, and she doesn’t just push treatments on you. She gives options and recommendations. Loved our visit, and the staff was so kind!! I felt very welcome and accepted. Thank you so much, Dr. McConville. I appreciate you more than you know.

I went to this clinic and had five different "doctors" over the course of two years. The very first one took me off of ALL of my medications I was on (which were working except for one) and switched them to things I had never taken, nor asked for. They sat on my suicide ideation for over 6 months when I begged them to do something. I was in intractable pain and not a one of the "doctors" did anything more than tell me to lose weight and be extremely rude about it. NO tests, no scans, no PT, no meds. The last one I went to said "there is nothing we can do for you" without doing any testing or even a physical exam. I asked if this was going to be the rest of my life like this, with no relief and a desire to die, and he had nothing to say about it. They think they are some kind of hotshots and care absolutely NONE for patients. I was insulted, ignored, talked down to, given the wrong meds, experimented on and it nearly cost me my life. If you have any self respect, do not let these people near you. They do not care about you.

I have historically had great care when Dr. Nelson was my doc. She rocked and always took amazing care. But now that she’s gone a terrible attending has come into the scene. The residents aren’t held to the same high standard and are completely incompetent. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a physician in all my life between the resident and the attendant. In fact I was actively talked out of preventive care and asked inappropriate and rude questions. As a woman, I felt my boundaries were disrespected and violated. Additionally, my request for only a woman doctor was ignored. I ended up walking out on my appointment with no care whatsoever. I will not be going back. I’ll find someone else.

This is the best I have ever been treated. I tend to try to push off going to the doctors usually because I don’t really like them. My first time visiting this clinic with Natalie Peck was absolutely amazing. She was a student doctor but I felt she had more of a grip as to what was happening than any doctor I’ve had in the past and she could explain to me exactly what was going on and why. We did go over several things, which I would have probably forgotten but she was not only on top of it and in control, she was friendly as well. Dr. Vester and I were only introduced but I feel as though I will be very well taken care of here. The staff is all very friendly and it’s a warming environment to be in. I will absolutely be coming here any time I need anything.

This is a great clinic that will get you a primary care provider much faster than waiting for a regular doctor.
I have seen 4 different doctors here. 2 were my regular docs, and the other two were when i needed to come in and my primary didnt have open slots. The doctors have been great. I manage a transitional housing house and we had one doctor drive out and deliver crutches personally for a client of ours.
I love that, even though these are student doctors, I am getting 2 doctors looking at my information (student and an experienced teacher who reviews decisions or can come in to answer difficult issues). The students NEED to do well and will be attentive to detail. For me its been great.

All these resident doctors suck. Half of them don’t know anything. They will only discuss one issue at a time. Don’t recommend.
