The staff are polite and knowledgeable in the care of both of my parents. They follow up with their individual needs. My mom is wheelchair bound and they make appropriate accommodations for her. If you like a smaller Doctors office with a great Doctor and staff Saludvip is the place to go. Dr. Ball Mora listens and is very compassionate. Lilianna, office manager, is great at drawing blood. You won't feel a thing. Past telephone request have always been handled promptly. I have been going there a year now and am well pleased.

I am so blessed to have found Dr. Ball. She is amazing! Very personable, knowledgeable, truly listens and clearly answers questions. Her office staff is top notch. Tias was so sweet, patient and skilled performing procedures. The office and exam rooms are modern, VERY clean, neat and well organized. That means a lot to me. They also do bloodwork right there in the office so, no need make trips to labs elsewhere. Excellent overall experience! Highly recommended!
