In my experience the staff is friendly but only if you like someone who's supposed to be professional lying and smiling in your face. I don't, it's not nice or fun. The nurses and doctors are extremely unprofessional gossiping about patients and laughing about a serious situation which was not at all funny. You can't trust anyone who teams up with pharma the big pharmaceutical companies. The don't have our best interests in hands. I suggested everyone eat healthy and take all the natural herbs and spices God created for the world. There are some really good doctors in this world but you won't find them at this clinic!

Update 2024 Also a patient of Salud, my roommate & I both rec'd notice that their patient database had been compromised & a # to call if our data fell into the wrong hands. Seriously?! I do want to mention that Sonia and several support staff are very kind. Each of the MDs were rushed but handled me with respect and professional.
Posted August 2020! Professional enough although it feels like I stepped back in time 20-30 years. I have had various things done there as they seem to be like a mall of medical services such as x-rays, ultra sound for intestinal issues & something else I've now forgotten. They have a receptionist for the whole building, likely due to the layout is a bit confusing so its probably necessary. The line to check in thru the receptionist is typically long but it moves quickly. Then directed to your specialist's waiting room, check in there again then wait to be called. It's okay, just always feels like we're cattle being herded through.

I thought when I first took my 83 year old father there that they cared but after a month and half of testing, it’s hard to get someone to call us back with the test results. I’ve called 4 days in a row after knowing the results were in and the first 3 days it was hard to even get a person on the phone then whe I finally do all I get are excuses that someone will call me back after I was told it would be escalated to the provider but nope no call back!

I got to be honest after reading the reviews I was nervous about going to Salud Family Health. For the past year plus I have been dealing with medical issues that have put me in the ER a few times. Long story short the ER never really helps just gets me comfortable to deal with the pain, lower my blood pressure and always tells me to find a provider then sends me home. After I was discharged from the ER a couple of days ago I looked up providers and found Salud Family Health. From the initial phone call all the way throughout the appointment I was treated with respect and I appreciate Salud for making me feel like they honestly cared about what is going on with me. I was scheduled to meet with Sonia Graber and she really is an asset to the medical industry. I have dealt with other providers this past year and Sonia was the ONLY one that cared. I appreciate you and the ladies at the front desk for making it easy for me and I hope that I can believe in Salud to help me figure out what is going on with me. I would recommend anyone looking for health services to visit Salud and don’t let the negative reviews scare you away.

How sad I has told my daughter we go therapy but get ready to go therapy but call me 2 time in morning to call me I have make appointment next day then next day move day!? 2 time change appointment like I need help the don't care just little girl I am mom try help why I guess them have kids family or husband whatever happened same like me but problem not help! I understand the therapy have emergency out but I do t know her but I was ready for help but no!
