Took my son to this dentist and will not being going back. First they pressured my wife into changing our appointment so it worked better for them, despite openings on our preferred appointment day. Then, they just keep pulling out my kid’d teeth even when it was clear the anesthetic wasn’t working and he choked on his own tooth.

Went to pick up my medication after I received a text that it was ready and the girl from the pharmacy said it wasn’t ready she said come back in 20 minutes. Very inconvenient, all I know is it was some female with half green half purple hair.

My son has been a patient here his entire life. Yesterday they refused service because he hadn't been in in more than 2 years and he didn't have insurance coverage. "We aren't accepting new patients." You aren't helping the ones you already have.

I have been going to Salud for the past 11 yrs, in Brighton, Frederick and here in Longmont. Some folks are just whinny about everything and everyone. Be grateful that you get people who truly care about others who know that there will be ungrateful folks out there in this world and yet they treat every single one with LOVE and COMPASSION.

I made the mistake of reading reviews after I made an appointment and was very apprehensive about the experience. Let me say, I am astounded at the level of care I received from every single person I met with at this place. Dr. Allen took the time to talk to me about everything, and I mean everything. From smoking cessation to mental health, he wanted to make sure all my concerns were addressed. I went in for a basic physical and came out with a short dental exam and fluoride treatment, resources for mental health, a vaccine on the spot, and a general feeling that someone truly cared about my health as a human being and not just billing insurance. Wait time was short, everyone was friendly. I've found my new healthcare home.

God awful, completely mismanaged clinic. Literally was charged for services I’ve never requested or consented to. Literally had to schedule three separate visits to get one prescription, took months for the whole process and this place will nickel and dime you for every visit and attempt to loop in services you never consent to. Stay away!!!

Took the doctor over an hour and 10 minutes to get in my little sisters room basically for him to get there five minute talk about some bs, said it was nothing (barely checked on her) sent us on our merry way (it was something.)
