Nurses and doc is friendly but the wait time in the lobby sucks my app is 11:30am I checked in at 11:11 and is past my appointment schedule and the told me is going to be another 15 minutes they are never on time.

Time and time again I have felt unheard and have been unseen. Today an appointment turned out to be 1.5 hrs delayed, no memo or respect of communication. Our health matters not in this organization. A clinic at best, clinical, with no human skills. Our time doesn’t matter, nor do our concerns or health..Infrastructure doesn’t support our community. Invest in your community! Hire wisely.

My parents use this facility; very friendly and professional staff. Nice to have a med specimen lab in the same building. Back before COVID it could be a bit busy but what medical office isn't! They upgraded their computer systems and it is very useful and helpful in tracking parents appts and records online.

They guy who answered the phone informed me that that facility may not be able to accommodate me but gave me a recommendation to somewhere that could and the next steps to follow.
So far the most helpful place I've talked to.
Everywhere else is just like "welp, we cant help you, good luck"
