I have been going here for years. Dr. Gilbert was my original doctor. I am a breast cancer survivor and decided to get my ovaries removed as a precaution. Dr. Honegger did the procedure. Since then things have been going good until I woke up one morning and found I was bleeding. I called in and since I have not been there for 3 years, since the operation, I would be considered a new patient and not get an appointment until after the new year which is 2+ months out. When asked if the doctor could be asked directly I was told she was and this was her recommendation. Being a cancer patient having something like this happens means a bit more, possible cancer resurfacing. I will be taking this up the ladder. Not through the office staff but to the State Medical Board.

Been coming to this clinic since 2021. Had good experience overall. Last year Dr Jones was my doctor for my baby and I and couldn’t be happier with the care he’s shown. I’m currently going to him again with another pregnancy and happy overall with him again taking care of us.

Worst customer service I have dealt with in a very long time.Front staff is extremely unprofessional and rude, phone etiquette is non existent. Appointments are rescheduled with very little notice, often until you are at the clinic. I was sitting in the lobby after registering for 15minutes when I received a call from the clinic asking to reschedule. Communication from MAs, front staff and Drs is horrible. The in-house lab is often booked and getting orders faxed to other facilities is like pulling teeth. I had 2 ultrasounds that were rescheduled after I waited at the hospital for an hour because staff was unable to send over the orders. As a patients I never felt in a safe space or taken care of, it seems patience are more of a nuisance to all staff. After having this facility waste my time for two months I am now working to have labs etc. transferred to another facility, hope that process is not a nightmare.

Seriously if you can find another clinic to go to.. go… this place is horrible! I’ve had my surgery cancelled and rescheduled which messed up my time off at work! Then after the surgery my post op appointment has been cancelled and rescheduled 3 times!!! And I still haven’t heard from them if I’m even going to get a post op appointment right now! They don’t call to even give you a heads up that your appointment has been cancelled! I show up at the desk and then they notify me.. Absolutely HATE this place.

Worst care I’ve ever gotten! Dr. Jones does not care about his patients. He left me without a doctor and dismissed me from the clinic based off what another doctor told him without talking to me first. He is so unprofessional, as is the staff. Kept leaving messages for the clinic managers to call me back and their follow up is horrible. I had gotten care here before but it’s gotten so bad. No expecting mother should have to go through so much stress of being left having to find another provider, especially at 20 weeks pregnant and being high risk. No one else wanted to take me in. I can only imagine how other patients in the community get treated.

I would never recommend Dr.CICI LIU she is the worst! Very unprofessional. I had an appointment today at 3pm and she never called me, waited two hours. She never gives eye contact and can care less for her patients, if I could I would give a -0 for her I would. Don’t go to her especially if you are sick and need care, she’s not the one to go to or be referred to.

Front office reschedules your appointments without notifying you other than a text(no call at all) So when you show up for your originally agreed upon appointment you’re out of luck. Also when I was having an urgent need for a Dr. to call me back (I was 2 days postpartum w my first baby) they didn’t call me back until 6 hours later and resulted in me sustaining a further injury to my perineal stitches. Overall Dr’s are good but front office is not organized or empathetic to new mothers.
