The reason for my visit was severe illness. We got there just after their lunch hour and a young man forfeited his appointment because he forgot his ID, so they got me in immediately as I got to take his appointment slot. I was seen quickly and diagnosed, given prescriptions, and out the door within about half an hour. The nurse was very thorough and explained everything, listened to my husband, who was my advocate since I was too sick to communicate much, and it was a stress free experience. Thank you for the care and concern you showed me when I was at my worst!

The set up here is the way all other hospitals should be. There was a man that works in Labs that was a little rude to everyone but other than that, I have had good experiences during my appointments.

I made an online appointment and was promptly when I arrived. The PA was courteous and attentive to what I had to say. I was diagnosed and prescribed some medications to deal with my problem. Should I have another issue, I would not hesitate to visit this clinic again

I was seen several months ago for a persistent cough that was affecting my daily life. I told the NP that the cough had been ongoing for a month, and was prescribed a steroid pack along with pearls. She said if my symptoms didn’t improve within 72 hours, to message her through the app so we could reassess. I gave it a little longer than 72 hours, allowing myself to finish the pearls and pack, then I messaged her. She never responded. The cough persisted for another month and a half, totaling 3 and a half months of a cough that gave me sleepless nights. I would not recommend this place.

I had a very good experience as soon as I walked in at 9am. The receptionist/medical assistant was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. The NP M Gregory listened to my issue and immediately made a diagnosis. I told her I needed a family physician in the Blue Springs area. She suggested that she send in a personal referral to the Saint Luke's Primary Care for me. That meant the world to me. A very caring urgent care

I was seen at St. Lukes Convenient Care because my Dr. Didn't have an opening. They were very friendly and thorough and able to prescribe medications to take care of my condition and needs. I would gladly refer them to others and would return myself if need be.

Once I got an appt all went smoothly, employees were knowledgeable and efficient. Unfortunately, I was told by the office of my PCP that I did not need an appt and I felt very poorly when I found out I would have to come back 3 hrs later.
