Natalee was my most recent dental hygienist and she was wonderfully friendly, gentle, and knowledgeable. I've learned over the years that I need to let my dentist know that I have sensitive gums and am pain medication resistant and this team has always taken it into account when doing my cleanings.

My typical Doctor is Dr. Michelle Lee and I adore her. She's also very professional, knowledgeable, and gives me all the information I need to make educated decisions for my dental health.

I've gotten standard cleanings, gingivitis cleaning, a filling, and a night guard from this office.

Good experience so far!

I Had a Great experience with the entire Sage team at the Midtown location today. I can’t say enough about the Oral Surgeon Dr Madison I may be saying his name wrong but he’s the only oral surgeon there and he’s Great and very polite he was getting the patients in and out while attending to each of our concerns individually. I’m happy with my treatment and glad he was able to accommodate me today. Thanks Dr and Team 😊

I had a great experience at sage. The receptionist Brianna was super nice and informative, she took her time to explain my financial options and we came up with a plan that worked for me. The dental tech Kevin was very funny and made me feel comfortable and the dentist took her time and made sure I felt nothing while getting my procedures. I had a real fear of the dentist and put off going for a long time but now that I have gone to sage I no longer fear going to the dentist and I will now schedule regular visit to get everything I need done. I would recommend sage to anyone especially if u have a fear of going to the dentist.

I want to start this by saying the staff was really nice. But, I went to my appointment anticipating a cleaning, this didn't happen. I got trays and was told about all the work I need done. I couldn't schedule a cleaning until July because they're short staffed (understandable). I just wish this was voiced earlier. I made my appointment online and that probably why I didn't know all of this. I feel like there needs to be a disclaimer or something when you book online.

They also tried to sell me on a deep cleaning and the need for antibiotic mouthwash. I just wanted a simple cleaning. Dr. Lee was very nice and the person who brought me back was the one who explained that I wouldn't be getting my teeth cleaned that day.

I'm going to start my finding a local dentist journey over. Not to say this won't be a good place for you, but it isn't for me.

I made an appointment as I needed work done, that was way over due. I was given an appointment within a couple of days. My consultation was the best. The front desk associate was very friendly and I did not have to provide any additional documents since I uploaded everything online. The entire nurse staff was wonderful and felt comfortable as everyone had a smile on there face. I was told from Dr. Michelle Lee that the tooth I thought was decayed was not decayed so I did not need an extraction. Dr Lee, came into the room and gave me some n instructions on what she thought was best for me. I agreed on it. She make me feel comfortable and she answered ask of my questions. The hygienist came in right after stated that it was best that I have a cleaning done which I did. The hygienist was very nice. Made me also feel comfortable. I've always had a fear of the dentist growing up. It was just not a great experience for me, but this office made me feel great! Let just say, I made my appointment for my next step which is to have some extractions done and I hope this process will go as smooth as my consultation.
Thank you so much, Sage Dentist in Midtown for a great experience and I hope that you will have a patient for life.

I had a 3 PM appointment for today, in which I would be a new patient. I paid for parking, drove a ways there, and when I arrived- the doors were unlocked , but no one inside. I called the office , and was informed the office closed early. I took off for this appointment. I am highly disappointed.

I scheduled an appointment as a new patient after recently moving to the area. A week before my visit, I completed their online paperwork, which included providing the name and contact info of my previous dentist. I assumed this was so they could obtain my dental records, including recent x-rays.

However, when I arrived, I was told they would need to take new x-rays on the spot. I explained that I had x-rays done about 18 months ago and didn't want to duplicate them--especially since my insurance wouldn't cover it and I'd be stuck with a large out-of-pocket bill. I asked if I could skip the x-rays or have my previous ones transferred. Their response was vague and unhelpful. They mentioned it might take a while, might need waivers, and generally gave the impression they didn't want to bother.

This made me question why they even asked for my previous dentist's info in the first place. The entire experience felt like a setup to bill insurance unnecessarily. I ultimately decided not to proceed with the appointment and left without rescheduling (very happy I did this after reading some other recent reviews).

The only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because the front desk staff was kind and patient with my questions. Unfortunately, the overall practice gave off a strong money-grab vibe, and I'm very glad I chose not to move forward. I'll be finding a provider that's more transparent, ethical, and willing to work with my existing records.

Positive :The hygienist Peggy is amazing, she’s thorough, detailed and willing to help assist with reviewing and going over your statement to make sure you’re not being over charge which I believe you are! Be aware of your invoices.

Negative: 5/27: Front office staff: not informative at all! I have 2 parking tickets for parking in garage which first time I was informed that I didn’t need a pass after I asked, they said gate was open no parking tickets needed! $102 it cost me for parking in garage. I wasn’t even seen after waiting an hour for the hygienist, I was told I need to come back since I made my appointment online and they didn’t have time to clean my teeth. I believe front office should scrub schedule so people won’t waste their time traveling for nothing, but a $102 parking ticket which could have been avoided. Upon exiting I had a past due balance which I paid.

Second visit on 6/17: arrived for my appointment at 8am no front desk staff everyone was late that morning so someone from the back had to open the door for waiting patients. Checking out with the manager Janelle, she gave me a past due balance on top of my current checkout balance. Past due was previously paid but didn’t reflect on my account, which is odd because once you swipe that card it should be posted to your account. Please check your bills, keep every receipt because it’s apparent their billing is not accurate. For this visit I received another ticket for parking in the garage. I contacted the manager Janelle who stated she would assist me with a letter to help my case with Laz parking, she asked me to give her a day I told her can she email by Friday she promised she would. I received nothing. My problem is the lack of courtesy for the patients, there was no sign as a reminder regarding parking. It could be now but the days I was there no one said a thing. Highly disappointed in the customer care. I’m sure they’re happy I will not be returning to midtown office . It cost me $204 in tickets.
