This was a user friendly experience which offers a lot of skills review sessions to choose from. I would recommend this course for any health care professionals who need to update their BLS or first aid. The room was clean and the supplies were clean and easy to access. In person training would be best for first time learners.

Super easy. Great experience. The real-time feedback really helped me get the depth and speed right, so I felt confident. Did the course online and then went into the office for the skills test. The room had clear instructions and was stocked with gloves, sanitizer etc. it was all quick and easy and my certification card was emailed same day. Best way to get BLS training.

I just finished this course & it was great! Very helpful step by step instructions both online & in person with the supplies ready for you & the guidance from the computer! I was nervous at first with no in person instructor, but this was a smooth & a cool experience!

First time renew without instructor. Did training online, went to office for mannequin demos. Instructions were pretty straightforward, took a couple tries to pass one of the demos. Much more convenient than before. Will be back for next renewal!!!
