Tracey from the billing dept was very rude on the phone and show no patience to the patient. First she asked my account number, since I do not have it on hand, I ask if I could provide my name instead, she became very impatient, I had very pleasant experience with the doctors and staff there, however, Tracey is just horrible.

I loved and adored Dr Shields. Him and his assistant Lisa saved my life after having a bad experience with other doctors at an urgent care. Unfortunately Sr Shields got a new assistant named Swasti I think. She is awful. Never listens to messages, talks over you. Just absolutely terrible. I can't handle the anxiety of dealing with her so I have stopped seeing Dr Shields. I am no longer getting medical help . This woman should be banned from any healthcare facility! She ruined everything for me. I am so sad that I can no longer go see my Dr who has been the greatest gift to me in life

Dr. Henery is, without a doubt, the finest, most thorough, and compassionate physician I've ever known. Dr. Henery possesses suttle yet extremely effective techniques that make him an effective clinician.
During our conversation, it wasn't until I was driving home that I understood the significance of our entire conversation. Dr. Henery always puts his patients at ease. Don't be fooled for a second. Dr. Henery listens to every word spoken and how every word is said. Dr. Henery is very different from other doctors of today because he has a tremendous amount of up to date medical knowledge from A to Z. Lastly, I can honestly say Dr. Henery truly cares about all his patients in a way that always makes me feel special. Dr. Henery cared for my Mom, my Dad, and my sisters! Dr. Henery is a very special man. Go see him just once, and you can see for yourself!!

I have been seeing Dr. Cuong Ly since 2009 and have received the best of care. Sandy of the office staff is very helpful with appointments and scheduling, the medical technicians are very efficient and make for a good experience. Dr. Ly has a wonderful manner about him, is always concerned about any developments and asks questions about things that may contribute to any issues that may appear. He keeps a close eye on all my blood work to ensure anything that might develop is discovered at the early stages. I would recommend Dr. Ly and staff at Saddleback medical group, without hesitation.

Medical Assistants in the reception area are nice & helpful. The waiting area is clean & quiet. I didn’t have to wait long to be called in (usually 5-10 min) to see my doctor. Then my doctor, Dr Cecilia Tran is very pleasant, professional & compassionate with me. I like her a lot that’s why she’s my doctor for so many years already. She takes good care of my health, she makes sure all my tests & lab works are done in timely manner, that I’m taking all my medications on time. Lastly I’m very happy & contented that she’s my Primary Physician...

Dr. Fernandez is a wise, hands on, knowledgeable doctor who really cares for his patients and gives them great advice and treatment. He has being my doctor for over 30 years and I couldn't be more grateful for what he has done for me. He is just a great guy too!

Dr Scarcella is an amazing doctor and person. He’s incredibly thorough and caring. He personally calls patients, reviews your health history and lab results in detail, and is an excellent diagnostician. You get tests you need and no more. He and his office staff respect your time by being on time and taking as much time as needed to evaluate any concerns
