The staff were very nice, and it was always lovely speaking to them. however, I had to stop coming here for a few reasons, one being due to the delay in response. I would wait for a call back sometimes for up to 3 days, and for mental health, that just seems a little insane. I can’t imagine how that must feel for someone who is facing a mental crisis.

I felt like a number for a good portion of the time, and like i really wasn’t heard, but that could just be because of how much traffic comes through here.

I really enjoy the kids visit. The doctor doesn’t just prescribe medication and you’re on your merry way. She’s concerned about what they have going on in their lives and always giving them encouraging ideas to continue to push them forward for a better life. She also let them know when they are wrong. They also seem to like their visits which is most important because they receive the message she put before them. I like how the parent is not at fault and doesn’t have to change to cater to their bad actions it’s more of options for a better outcome.

Well it went better than I thought. I had no idea how the person would be on the other end. And Dr Jose Vera, was very kind and knowledgeable. He pointed out things that I hadn't really thought of and I'm glad he did. And what I thought I was needing was broken down from his point of view and made a lot of sense. I appreciate having someone like him to talk to. And looking forward to speaking with him again.
