I am so glad Mobile Infirmary sent me here for my cpap machine, Abby helped with my insurance and even though they had people on vacation she made sure I was comfortable with everything and didn’t rush me I really appreciated that because this is my first cpap

I cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness, patience, and professionalism. I had been bounced around businesses looking for an item prescribed by my doctor. The staff patiently listened to my concerns without judgement, and they immediately offered a variety of options to get me what I needed. I couldn't wait to receive an order, even if I'd receive it the next day. Ultimately, I didn't purchase from them, but they pointed me right to a source that had what I needed. Should I ever be in the market for medical equipment again, this will be my first stop.

Where do I start?! These people are awesome individuals! They're so willing and eager to assist with whatever your needs are! Kathleen, had a great attitude! Even AFTER finding out my insurance wasn't excepted at their establishment! She went over and beyond to explain everything to me! She even asked me if I wanted to be seen by one of the specialist on the team! I excepted! Randi!! I think this lady is top notch!! It was like we'd known each other for years and was just catching up! Her spirit is beautiful!! She's beautiful inside and out!! One of a kind! She gave me her business card so that I could let her know what my outcome was! She even went as far as looking up different knee braces, comparing prices and brand names for me! Even though I didn't get what I needed I would still go back and would also refer people to go for their needs!! #worthit4RANDI?❤️

I can’t adequately convey the depth of my appreciation for the excellent service that I received from Bill Lodwick and S Baker Medical. I worked in customer for more than 35 years and I know the value of stellar customer service to both the customer and to the company. It’s unfortunate that we, as consumers, so seldom receive excellent service these days. I have experienced mediocre to poor service from other DME companies. That’s not the case with Bill and Baker. This is the second time that I have been helped with DME by Bill. On both occasions, Bill went above and beyond the expected. He provided excellent information, patient education, fitting and compassion. Bill met all of my needs and far exceeded my expectations.

I’m 6’2” tall and needed a Upright walker. I contacted Baker Medical and “Bill” came to meet me personally. After pleasantries, he told me “I recently helped a patient as tall as you and I know the exact walker that you need”. After a few days, he brought a walker that was clearly not tall enough.(He and I are similar heights and it wasn’t tall enough even for him). He told me he could “drill additional holes” as it was fully extended. My concerns, which I conveyed to him were by doing so it would make it even more unstable (He knew as much as well), the warranty would be voided and I would be stuck with something that I could not use or return.
Bill said he would continue to try to find one that would accommodate my height. Meanwhile, my Therapist and I found one online that was tall enough. I called Bill with the link and all he had to say was “that one is more expensive, I don’t think I’ll be able to get it approved with your insurance company”. I told him it should not be an issue as we cannot change my height.
It’s been 3-4 weeks since and I still haven’t heard anything from Bill.
We contacted another DME company who followed through with actually sending it in to my insurance company and it was promptly approved. I received the walker today and it is working great for me.
Needless to say I would not recommend this company as their customer service lacks a lot to be desired.

I would leave a minus one if I could. 8/17/22 I went to pick up my diabetic shoes. My doctor and insurance company said that the shoes were free. S. Baker Medical charged me $69.00. I could get a better shoe (wide) from a retail store.

Not worthy of any star. Great service until your CPAP rental runs out with Medicare. Then they kick you to the curb. Won't make appt for your supplies after that. I had to change providers.
