My mother could not be released from the hospital until she had her personal portable oxygen tank. The hospital was out of town. Due to my mother's PPO, she was limited on which medical supply company could help. I called 4 different places and finally I called RxO2, and they saved the day. They also delivered the equipment to my mother including the home oxygen machine with in 2 hours as promised. The lady that answered the phone at RxO2 and the driver provided excellent customer service. They were both empathetic and kind to my mother's need. Our family highly appreciate the work from the staff at RxO2, thank you.

This company refuses to sell to me.

The day before the refusal, they told my insurance the problem was they were low on supplies and might not have what I needed. On the next day, my insurance claims that there reason for refusing to sell to me is that there was an incident that happened on a previous order.

STRANGE! BEING I NEVER DID BUSINESS WITH THEM. I do not even know where they are located, etc.

I reccommend that people should not have anything to do with this company. I prefer companies that are not prejudice.

This company is the worst. 1st they delivered a inoperable bed, then they delivered oxygen with the wrong attachments. Lastly they sent a person to pick up that never knocked on the door , said he sat in the driveway. Wrong we saw him speeding past our road. And the Manager we spoke with was extremely rudely. DONT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I called to get a price for a additional setup for our house for my father in law and was placed on hold and transferred to one of the rudest people ever. He asked if my father in law had medical insurance which he does, but I stated that I am paying out of pocket for an additional unit to keep at our house for when he visits. He then stated loudly to shop some where else! No explanation just straight up did not want my business! After hanging up I called back and spoke to the nice young lady and asked if he was an employee, she stated that he was the owner. Well needless to say I will be buying a secondary O2 unit from any other business besides his. Sad, especially when local businesses are struggling during this pandemic

I've been using Rx02 for about 4 months and still have difficulty believing how absolutely fabulous this company is: polite, caring, committed and timely. This is after years of using Lincare, which was exactly the opposite in every way. (Avoid them like the plague !). You'll love Rx02

Called for an oxygen regulator, lady that answered wanted to know why I would want it.(rudely) I explained that it was for a cylinder tank needed for a family member. She answered by saying "can't help we won't sell to you" and hung up. Very weird interaction customer service is non-existent.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. For over 10 days now I have attempted to rent a portable oxygen concentrator for a flight. I have had ZERO calls back from Louis, who I for some reason am constantly told I need to speak with. I have a team of doctors, I have a prescription for oxygen. I do not need some moonlighting respiratory tech "manager" to do anything. This company has literally left me short of breath with their incompetence and lack of customer care. Please go elsewhere in town. This will be a waste of your time.
