Phones don’t exist here apparently, it seems as if no one answers the phone no matter how early or late you call or how many times. Be easier if you could get your info online instead of calling over a phone they won’t answer.

Public service is a tough role to play by itself... but public service as the health department is a whole other animal. I've only had to come here a handful of times over the years to pick up copies of birth or death certificates and I have always had a great experience. Kind and helpful.

Literally tried to call for an hour to talk to someone about WIC. Halfway through after being on the phone for about 12 minutes, the line was disconnected. No one answered and honestly after an hour, I gave up because clearly they aren’t going to answer the phone. This is ridiculous and completely unprofessional. They either need to hire more people or hire better people to do the jobs they’re hired to do.

The stage in their entirety area just amazing and so phenomenal from Melissa to Dana to Ashley and so many more they really know how to "flow and go" and help you feel welcomed and at ease with peace. I was able to get an appointment to restart my depo which I had forgotten to get after moving. They fit me in within the same week I called for the appointment. I was checked in and called back immediately. The NP was very kind and courteous. The whole appointment took less than 30 min and I was able to get to work on time! And the already scheduled my appointment for the next shot.
