We met Dr Broughton in Thomasville Regional Hospital with my sister he was her Hospitalist. He was very knowledgeable and caring his bedside manner is I would think that Jesus would have been if he was a physician on earth today. He told us that her test were suggestive of cancer and explained the treatment and that it was a rare cancer. Because he was a man of God and he was very knowledgeable he gave her peace to make the best decisions for her own care and treatment. God bless you Dr Broughton and thank you for being there with us.

Dr was absolutely amazing but the receptionist is absolutely terrible. I’m posting under my daughters account but my wife came in for an appointment and was turned away because she said she didn’t know how to enter a new patient and then a few weeks later , I which am an established patient came with high blood pressure as a walk in and she rudely told me I could not be seen and walked off. He is a fabulous doctor but I went and seen another Dr as well as my wife . You’re losing business Dr. Thomas. Hire new professional staff.

Great doctor but his receptionist is terrible. She has yet to return my call to confirm my appointment but if my husband calls she's all laughing and able to get his appointment made. Each time I have called she puts me on hold until I hang up. When she finally does pick up the phone her excuse is "I'm only one person." You are playing with people lives who may need to see the Dr. not people who are calling to get pain pills all the time!!! I would appreciate for her to be a married woman to act like one but unfortunately I'm pretty sure she can't help it. Sadly I will be moving my business to another doctor since I no longer feel comfortable coming there, its not like I can get an appointment anyway after two months and I'm still waiting on a return call from her to even schedule an appointment.
