I Absolutely love my physician and wish I could give them 10 stars. all the nurses and staff are super friendly and helpful and the physicians are kind and caring and really spend time with you. Out of the 45 years I’ve been alive. This has been the best office experience I’ve ever had.

I have been a patient of ( Dr. Erica Ruiz ) for many years . She is the most thorough doctor I've ever been too , she treats me like if I'm her only patient of the day , and will always ask if I have any questions or concerns and will take the time to explain everything thoroughly. She will never hesitate to send me to a specialist or for labs. She truly is a person and doctor who cares about her patients well being.Her staff are also as wonderful as her , they all work super hard to make sure their patients get the care they need.

Nurse practitioner Branka was very straightforward, nice, and answered every question I had she’s a very good person reader and will always ask if you have any concerns about anything she’s told you the assistant Melissa was also very nice and made sure I felt comfortable at all times. Miss jenine at the front desk was very sweet overall experience was 10/10

Ruiz Family Physicians is an over the top family practice with amazing doctors & nurse practitioners! Since my first visit until now, I’ve had great experiences! I bring my son here as well with Dr. Erica & she is always so nurturing with my son & answers every question I have.They make it easy to check in and wait time is not like other places that take hours to take you in. From front desk, doctors, nurses and check out ladies make it run so smoothly. Dr. Ed & Dr. Erica are sweet & caring doctors that whatever you you have concerns about they will answer each question & make sure you leave your appointment with everything you need to know! Dr. Ed & Dr. Erica are doctors that really care about their patients & staff. This is an exceptional office that I would definitely recommend to anyone!
