I went there today for the first time. It was a great experience. Friendly and efficient medical assistants. Doctor Tamkoc was great too! So knowledgeable. I was able to buy my medicine right there on the spot. Nice to know it's there. Thank you!!

Dr.Tamkoc was an incredible Doctor to work with. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable and kept my daughter calm during a painful procedure. His level of professionalism and attention to detail far exceeded my expectations. From now on, RSM Urgent Care is where I’ll be taking my family for urgent medical needs! Exceptional ! I went here Friday because I had severe chest pains and was told I had strained muscle in my chest. Went to my regular dr Saturday, it was actually Influenza A and I needed prescription for Tamiflu. Seeing rsm urgent care was a waste of the $60 copay.

I was very impressed by my entire experience with RSM Urgentcare. Check in was only 2 pages long abd then a brief wait to be seen. Treated patiently and competently by medical assistant. MD asked good questions and listened carefully to arrive at his diagnosis. I was able to have labwork done right there and prescriptions called in to my pharmacy before I left. Upshot was I’m already feeling better! Open 7 days/week and even weekends. Our lovely little town has needed an outstanding urgentcare for a long time.

I had a great experience at RSM urgent care. The facilities were clean, and there was minimal wait time. The staff was incredibly kind, and Zhane, my medical assistant, provided excellent care. I felt well-attended and appreciated the friendly service.

It was a worst experience ever. Dr. Jonathan Q Dyreyes knows nothing about medicine. He even didnt bother to examin my son. He prescribed a strong antibiotic for him who only had common cold which was absolutely not necessary. They gave that antibiotic with overcharged us ( no pharmacy). They charged us for that antibiotic which is completely free at other pharmacy with insurance. No wonder this place had no patient at all !!!
This place is absolutely NO if you need treatment for yourself or loved one. It is all about charging you and your insurance.

Just moved to the area had to take my son in Dr. Gutierrez was amazing. Noah, checked us in Jennifer took his vitals Ty gave us our discharge entire process was smooth and easy. Did I mention there was no wait time!!!! Thank you guys the even gave me a follow up call !!!!
