Dr. Davidson has been my primary care physician for over 10 years now. His office staff and medical assistants are friendly and treat you like family. I've always been grateful for the care and treatment that they give me. They are conveniently located to my areas of travel and are very accommodating.

I’ve been coming here for about 10 years with Dr. Bartczak. They moved to a new office. It’s a good parking always clean and personable people. It’s very busy, but will run considering the number of people that they see. My care has always been excellent doctor Bartczak is exceptional. Very caring and thorough. Takes time to listen her whole staff are very genuine people. I disagree with anyone that says differently. Yes they’re busy but that’s because they help a lot of people and they always get back when they can. Sometimes you have to make a second call but it’s worth it to me, considering how I’m treated their versus other medical offices, I give them great marks.

I have been a patient of Dr. Davidson for years, he is the best doctor I have ever had. Unfortunately the previous receptionist Tania who was sweet and caring and wonderful , was replaced by this cold and uncaring lady, Kristen, who always gives me a hard time when I call to the point where I considered finding another doctor. She seems to act like she's the doctor, I ask to have the doctor return my call and she wants to know why and what's the problem, which is personal and confidential, somehow the doctor never returns my calls even though she says she gave him the message when I call again. it is a shame, she has no business in being a receptionist, she should consider another career, perhaps working for TSA or border patrol.

I have been coming to Dr Davidson for the past 4 years and sure some staff from time to time have their moments but so do I , I can be demanding and irritated myself but as a whole the Dr is very professional without being stuffy. He offers an awesome bedside manner and his team although with their days are a great bunch and this would not be my doctor without all the characters. At the end of the day it is about care respect and time. I have never waited more than 5 minuted to see the doctor as long as i have an appointment which i always do. He is respectful in my care and shows a genuine interest in my continued great health. Sure you can pic some random Dr office with stiff employees and NO personality all while waiting an hour to see the doctor without an apology. But i choose Rowan Tree Medical and have learned to appreciate and enjoy their personality. I would recommend them to anyone and by the way I travel from Boynton Beach to see the Doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr Davidson for many years. He is caring, takes as much time as needed to understand your medical issue and provides excellent care. The new location is easier for parking and very nice. The only concern I had was with a younger man that worked there at the front desk. He was unprofessional, often on his personal devices and not tending to patients. His attitude sucked and he made inappropriate comments to other staff and patients. He no longer works there, hopefully he was fired for his misconduct. A recent review, obviously a factitious name, (Susan?) can most probably be attributed to him! Disgruntled unprofessional employees often use reviews for retribution, don't be fooled by him.

I was seeking for a place to become a new patient and my first interaction with Cristy was very unpleasant. She told me the only way to schedule an appointment would be online. So I asked if that would be the only way because at that moment I did not have access to a computer. She did not even say yes or gave me another option, instead she gave me the sound uhum and hung up the phone. I called back asking to speak with the supervisor and she stated she was the supervisor. Definitely going to look for a different facility, and I don't recommend this place, clearly there's a lack of costumer service skills.

Will Kristin at the Front Desk PLEASE get a better attitude!!! OMG!!! So cold hearted so unfriendly and unwelcoming. I have been a patient here for years and the Front Desk person or persons have changed several times but she is the Absolute Worst. Please have her find a better attitude or find someone else who is nicer . All my interactions with her either in person or on the phone Horrible. She was even rude to company that was trying to help me with my meds copay they called me back and said she told them she was too busy to fax the paperwork back to them and was also very rude. All around unhappy rude lady.
