This doctors office & their supporting staff is absolutely AMAZING. You call 1 time and ask for something, and they do it, just as they say they will. The support staff have amazing FRIENDLY personalities, and you can tell they really love their jobs, because they are just very pleasant to speak with (which isn’t always the case based on past experiences with other doctors’ offices, in general). When you call to make an appointment, they always find a way to get your kids in when needed. That’s so invaluable to us as parents. And, I have called in on 3 separate occasions that were not appointment request related (but more for administrative type assistance needed from them), and have been beyond impressed with their organization, competency, and their follow-through. The 1st time I called in it was for them to help me with an issue I had with a prescription refill while we were out of town on vacation (they resolved for me without issue, same day). The 2nd time I called in it was on a national holiday (when their office was closed) but it couldn’t wait because we had a potential emergency medical issue with our toddler that couldn’t wait…And they helped us immensely via their after hour/emergency nurse’s line (which was also AMAZING). The 3rd time I called in was for an administrative item I was needing from my child’s medical record, and of course, for the 3rd time our request was met with a friendly attitude & they advised our request would be completed and sent quickly. And that’s just the support staff. The doctors are amazing too. We absolutely love this pediatrician’s office, and our kids do too.

First off, I don’t feel welcomed at all anytime I’ve walked into this office with my son. I am a very warm, friendly person but I haven’t experienced that here.
My son & I had recently moved to Ross Bridge and he had gotten sick & was also breaking out badly.
I initially set an appointment for my son to be seen & was told that I needed to complete forms that were sent to me via text, but his appointment was still scheduled.
I submitted all the information that they asked for & showed up to my appointment on time, just to be told that they haven’t received my child’s medical records from his previous pediatric office & they wouldn’t see him until they received the information… Which is fine, but they seemed a little rude when giving me that information & I wish I was informed about this prior to my son’s scheduled appointment.
They were not welcoming at all & didn’t seem too empathetic. So I left feeling discouraged, but made the necessary phone calls to request the medical records for my son. In the meantime, I got him seen at his previous doctor whom I love so much, but they’re THREE HOURS AWAY.
All of this happened mid May.
Fast forward, July 16, I called my son’s previous pediatrician to make sure my son’s records had been sent. They informed me that the information was sent over May 29, 2024. I decided to call Ross Bridge Pediatric office to make sure my son’s records were received since a good amount of time has gone by & I had never heard anything back from them. Of course they didn’t answer the phone, but I left a detailed message & told them I’d like to book an appointment when they’re able to give me a call back. Instead of calling me back, they texted me & stated that they still haven’t received my son’s medical records & they were re requesting them. I informed them via text that my son’s information was sent to them May 29, 2024, as told by the medical records office at his previous pediatrician. Again, this is JULY. I still haven’t received a response as of yet & it’s been over a day.

For this office to have so many great reviews, I have yet to see why they’re so raved about.
I don’t feel welcomed, the communication is not the greatest, & it seems as though they’re unable to keep up with important information.
My patience is growing very thin as the new school
Year is approaching & I would like to get him set up before he goes back to school. I love the convenience of this office being 5 mins away from my home, but I am getting skeptical about taking him here from what I’ve been experiencing before even getting into an appointment!

Medical staff are nice, kind, and helpful but front office personnel are the rudest you will encounter. I have given the benefit of doubt that it was a one time bad day kind of thing but no. It has happened every single time I need to talk to the front desk. Im taking my children out of here!

I am always blown away by the consistently outstanding experience I have with this office. From check in to check out, I know my child is in excellent hands. Finding this office was truly a blessing! They are thorough and fast, caring and attentive. I love the way they involve my son in his own care. Exemplary care personified!

Excellent staff interaction with other families as well as ours and each other. Not the cleanest room. Strong recommendations upon initial visit by Doctor, but ideas were offered to try to move forward in a healthy way. We left happier and more relaxed than we had been at our previous pediatricians office.

This place has really grown to be the best pediatricians around. We now drive all the way from Leeds after moving to keep this as our home office. They love and know both of my babies and take the time to listen to all my concerns. It’s also super special to me that the office had a lactation consultant on staff that has encouraged my breastfeeding journey from day one. After having a doctor in the past that pushed formula on me it’s so awesome to have someone that is up to date on breastfeeding knowledge and encourages me on my breastfeeding journey. Always thoughtful, thorough, and helpful though all stages of parenthood.

From the time i called to make an appointment for my son until the day of the actual appointment, i received multiple messages updating me on how to fill out necessary paperwork asking if i have any questions or concerns leading up to his appointment. Once we arrived the staff was awesome. With this being our first visit they totally made my son feel comfortable and at ease. Therr is no words to say how impressed and pleased i was with Dr. Nicolette Marak. She was the best! She was very warm and engaging answering all of my question and concerns. Even my son who hates going to any doctor or dentist appointments didn't complain about the visit minus having to get shots. I definitely recommend Ross Bridge Pediatric they are great!

Very personable and knowledgeable of my child’s issues. Very pleased with our visit with her! As we have been with Mrs. Marak she is an amazing pediatrician. She takes her time with her patients to figure out what the best possible solutions are instead of just writing a script in 5 minutes and is on to the next.
