Charged me $25 upfront before I was even able to make an appointment. My copay is only $15. They knew that. Policy. Ok. So I go in for my 1 and only appointment and the office looked, smelled and felt like a Medical office in the hood. Dirty. Unfriendly staff ignoring patienys and gossiping amo gat themselves about hair and dates. Not too professional. Dr. Kelada was ok after a long wait. Average treatment. Gave me the referrals I needed but took forever. Experience was so bad that I changed doctors and offices over it. Makes me miss Kaiser. Then I take my wife to her appointment there (despite the poor experience she kept the same office and doctor) and ask about my $10 that they never paid me back. Found put they just took my $10 and credited my wife's account. One of the girls at the front desk was rude as well. No thanks. Hard pass. Don't recommend. Go anywhere else for better treatment. Hint: Anywhere Sutter or Kaiser etc. 1/2 star experience.

Amazing staff! Great doctors! I been to many clinics before but this by far is the most well run and organize facility I have ever been to. The Kelada family doctors are so caring and understanding. They go beyond their ways to listen to the patients illness and problems instead of ignoring it and assuming other things. Doctors here are very pro active in providing quick response if you have issues. Staffs are very friendly and every time I call they always provide me with answers. I wish I have found this treasure of a clinic earlier! Extraordinary healthcare!!

Only problem is long wait time, be prepared. Usually wait at least 30 min. The staff and m.d.s are all kind and address most of my concerns.

I had the opportunity to support my mother for an appointment regarding her dementia. I found everyone to be super polite and informative. There was no sense we needed to be rushed through for the next patient. All of our questions were answered and I have had an easy time with calling for follow-up questions. Dr. Keleda was super friendly and supportive. I loved that they had medical interns and how respectfully they were treated. It wasn't an easy appointment for my mom but she left feeling peaceful.

I have been seeing Dr. Kelada for over 10 years. I was so freaked out when he was talking about retiring but, thank goodness I also have the pleasure of now being assisted by his children as well. I love them all! My whole family goes here for all their medical needs and we would not have it any other way! Every year I adjust in open enrollment (if needed) to retain them as my primary physicians because I never have to explain who I am in each visit and justify my symptoms or fight for healthcare and treatment. They are so thorough and pro active with our treatment and, the fact that they are all so patient, kind and understanding makes it easier to get through whatever is needed. I have several medical needs that are on going and when I talk about their assistance, support and services to family and friends they are always surprised and complain about their medical therefore, I have referred many friends and family members to them as well and they are just as happy as I am now. Thank you Kelada family and staff for your continued service and support! PS - Please don't move or retire! ;o)
