I think I may have written two or three reviews but Dr Ronald Bush and his staff deserve for me to take a few minutes to tell anyone who may read this that you will not be treated by any doctor or staff better and with kindness. Doctor is a brilliant diagnostician and practitioner. And the staff is so gracious in any situation. I could not recommend them any more. They go out of the way to help.

Second appointment with Dr Bush due to test results. Appointment at 2pm. Arrived 10 minutes early and was shown to room right away. After immediate blood pressure test I sat till 3:20pm with out speaking to a sole. I went to front desk and said "It's too long to sit in a room without someone telling me there is a delay" Staff asked if I wanted to reschedule. Very unprofessional method to run an office. They acted like this is normal. I filed a complaint with my insurance company. I'll find a doctor who respects their patient's time.

Today I had my first appointment with Dr. Bush. My appointment was for 3:15 PM and was scheduled about seven weeks ago. I showed up 8 minutes early…my new patient paperwork all filled out and ready to go along with my insurance card, ID and copayment. I took my place in the waiting room and waited patiently. 3:15pm came & went, not once did anyone say to me the doctor is running behind would you care to wait or would you prefer to reschedule. This is a huge disappointment , as Dr. Bush came highly recommended. I never got to meet Dr. Bush. I waited 1 1/2 hrs. His staff was pleasant and I will give it one more shot. However, I lost two hours of work, which is a significant money for me and now I have to take time off again. Hopefully I can write a better review next time. -Patricia

Dr Bush is my PCP. He is an excellent doctor. He takes time to review test results with me and listens to any questions or concerns I have. He is very thorough and patient. His front office staff, Meliza and Dulce, are outstanding. They ANSWER THE PHONE!!! I have never had my call go through voicemail. When I call, they pull up my chart on the spot and answer my questions and schedule appointments with ease. 5 stars all around

Dr. Bush. Where to start! First, and most importantly he LISTENED to me. He heard my concerns regarding my health and he answered all of my questions. Dr. Bush was focused on giving me just the right medical course of action for my issues. I will tell you, if you are reading this, and you are looking for a very KNOWLEDGEABLE, and personable physician who listens to what’s on your mind, and has your best interest at heart, I give my highest recommendation to Dr. Ronald Bush. He is an EXCELLENT PHYSICIAN!

Moving from NYC to Palm Springs and need a new PCP. Decided to give Dr. Bush a try. He and his staff were amazing. Dr. Bush spent an extraordinary amount of time learning about my complex medical history. He asked many questions and from my point of view all of the right ones. His staff must also receive kudos; professional, efficient, and friendly.

First appointment with my new doctor. The DOCTOR actually did an examination. Very happy with Dr. Bush and his choice of footwear as well!
Seriously though, the staff was great and I felt like I was welcome there. Doc did a fairly thorough examination and spent what I consider to be a fair amount of time with me.
